In addition to the stunning natural setting, Ledford Mill offers a unique shopping experience for antique enthusiasts. The store features an "eclectic" collection of "antiques and collectibles" that "stir feelings of nostalgia," encouraging guests to explore the various "corners of interest" throughout the property.

The warm hospitality of the innkeeper, John, is consistently praised, with guests describing him as a "delightful host" who is "warm and helpful," and who prepares "delicious" and "yummy" breakfasts "made with love." The resident cat, Snickers, also seems to have won over the hearts of many visitors.

Overall, Ledford Mill Bed & Breakfast & Antiques appears to be a charming and authentic destination that offers a respite from the outside world, with one reviewer eloquently stating, "Five minutes spent at the waterfall when you first arrive, and you will detach from the outside world." Nice place with a pretty waterfall!

"Most rustic"? Why, yes, I'd vote for that! "Every corner a corner of interest"? That, too. "Top 10 gracious host"? Indeed! |Our room was below the main floor, but nothing prepared me for the incredible front wall of that room as I turned the corner on the stair landing. I won't spoil the surprise, but DO ask for the Creek room. (The Falls room also has this feature, but without the presentation drama). |Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and bedding, resident cat - nothing is missing except cell phone service. Take a break - turn off the outside world.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ledford Mills! John is a pleasure to talk to and work with. He prepared a delicious breakfast both mornings we were there, as well as had cookies and milk, pie, and ice cream available in the kitchen. We got married near the falls and couldn't have asked for anything better!!

We want to thank our host John for a wonderful time last week. We enjoyed our conversation with him & of course Snickers ( kitty) who took very good care of us. If you want to experience a rustic feel for a Bed n Breakfast this place is for you. John cooked an amazing big breakfast for myself and my husband. We chose the Fall room so we could hear the waterfall right outside our door which was so relaxing as your drifting off to sleep. We took a 2 mile hike 15 minutes from our place to see the most breathtaking waterfall (Machine Fall) you’ll ever

Ledford Mills B&B In Moore County TN. Beautiful Rustic Bed& Breakfast,I have never stayed here,I love about 7mins from it.

Owner Response

Dear Teresa, Thank you for the photos. However, Ledford Mill B&B is still open. We did close in December and January but reopened in February. It is still a place of quiet and relaxation.

My wife and I spent the weekend at the mill and thoroughly enjoyed it. John is a delightful host. Five minutes spent at the waterfall when you first arrive, and you will detach from the outside world. It is beautiful!

Thank you, Janet. It is always great to hear that our guests were able to relax - that is our main objective. It also helps that the guests are nice as well.
