I just left this resale shop I have been coming to for years because of the service. The woman that was running the place had her two children working there. They were clearly old enough to work so that's not an issue. It was the daughters really bad attitude. Her and her brother got into a physical altercation in the middle of the store over some keys. She then threw the keys on the ground and told him to pick them up. When I was trying to pay for my merchandise, I accidentally dropped a candle and put a small dent in the wax. Which I was still buying. The daughter was hollering "and she just dropped this candle and put a dent in it!" I said look girl , you've had a problem since I walked in. You need to take 15 and reset yourself. The mother then asked me what did she say wrong? Defending the kid as if I didn't tell her her kids were putting their hands on each other in the middle of a business, her daughter was extremely unprofessional. I hadn't ever seen them here before- but I'll never be back as long as they're in there. Sad.
