I go to this place more than I should. They are kind and the space is set up nicely. The music is pleasant most times and the fitting rooms.
I’ve gotten some nice items from this place.
A friend of mine sold some items and walked out happy with her cash surprisingly more than what she expected.

This store is very nice and so is the team working there! They have a lot of very nice items including luxury designer bags, which is a wonderful thing because it is uncommon to see a resale bag in person before buying, and they have a great selection at fair prices! I was also happy with my selling experience, which I have done in other cities as well for the past 20+ yrs, so I know how it works. I bring my A game of special items (good, stylish vintage or brand name in excellent condition) to sell and I am surprised when they buy, it isn't personal, they know what they need to buy on that day and it probably changes weekly! I miss having consignment stores, that's a different game too.

Sweet friendly staff definitely recommend coming here. They also donate to disaster reliefs.

I have sold designer bags twice here now, and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. Their process for pricing items is very fair and careful and I would highly recommend selling items here!

I’ve been coming here for a little while as a seller and shopper and I will say it’s one of my favorite clothing stores in Austin. Very nice curation throughout the store and you can tell they put good thought into their displays. I often feel like a kid in a candy store walking around in there and if I don’t find anything I like in my size, I always end up finding something interesting. As a reseller I bring in different kinds of vintage tees, sweaters, pants, streetwear, athletic wear etc. and they often give me good payouts. This is where I usually where I bring things that I know the other resell stores will give me less for. I do wish there was store credit but due to the nature of the store being a ton of high end items I understand the cash only payouts. Customer service always tends to be above other stores and everyone is very cordial and friendly there.

The negative reviews are inconsiderate of the business model they signed up to participate in. If an item is selling for no more or no less than any one given price, why should the customer being paid for their items get anything close to that price? The store is based off of a model that barely makes it possible to make money off of high end luxury items; but almost all sellers that complain do not end up bringing those luxury items. Levi’s, princess polly, and other common brands have near no resale value. Even prices for vintage items are entirely subjective on current market value.

Anyone who is looking for active resale market value should do just that; resell their items themselves. This store offers fast but fair cash considering the circumstance that they take all the risk and you take cash in your hand for your items.

If anything, if you’re looking for equal to or more than what you paid; come with designer, hype brands, or japanese brands. Otherwise, you will get a lower but ultimately fair price for your items.

Spacious store with lots of nice clothes from modern to vintage. Great prices and selection. The manager, Nick, was also super helpful and offered to hold my items for me. Next level customer service!

Clothes, shoes, accessories nicely displayed. Best selection of designer goods (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc.) I've seen in resale shops. Bright, open atmosphere. Helpful staff for both buying and selling. Pleasant shopping experience. Convenient location. This is now my go-to place for both selling and finding nice things at very reasonable prices.

Finally popped into this resale/vintage shop and LOVED their selection. I found it to be on-trend with a splash of lux, so you can pull some good finds on any budget. It’s also very organized which makes it so much more pleasant to explore. I enjoy digging as much as the next, but sometimes you’ve only go 15mins (or you’re just not mentally prepared for that kind of shopping day). Will be back! Not sure what days they put out new stock.

Wandered in out of curiosity and walked out a happy new customer. Great selection of designer clothes, shoes, and accessories. The 3 people working inside were beyond helpful. Specifically, Randell (spelling) helped me size some Jordans I was trying to purchase for my wife. His advice was spot on and the wifey is now an owner of her first Js. Will come back again.

Super sweet staff. Great selection of clothing. Selling process took a lil while but the payout was beyond worth it. I can’t wait to go back and shop and sell.

Sold some of my treasures to this store on their 2nd day opening. Very professional staff. Lots of people shopping and looking. Very well organized and some seating if you have to wait for your buy backs. Nice vintage clothes, some clothing with brand new tags. I loved looking around while I waited for my buy. While you visit, you can go check out the great places to eat and even visit Barnes and Noble to grab a good read and some coffee.

Super friendly staff and probably my favorite resale store. As a buyer, they have an unmatched men’s selection. As a seller, offers are made in cash and not store credit which is a huge plus. I would recommend selling larger quantities rather than one offs. Super good value back. Miles above uptown cheapskate. Very designer focused, so don’t be mad when they don’t want your three times thrifted Nike shorts. Again, I can’t say enough how kind the staff was. Definitely would recommend checking the store out.

This place is fine to buy from, not sure why the other reviews are so low. A LOT of name brand+designer items >>> Cedar Park. Organization not 100% consistent (like Dolce&Gabbana jeans in the specifically marked CdG section) but relatively close. Liked a “belted” dress that was $179, and the manager was able to offer a discount because the belt accessory was missing from the piece. Team is attentive to guests when they need to use fitting room.

Shopped here a handful of times. Clean, spacious & well lit space. I like how items are organized. Fun to find unique items IF you’re lucky enough to find your size. Plenty of sizes 0-4 on the days I shopped. Not as much for sizes 8+ in the women’s. The people working there are younger… and not the best customer service… but if you’re not needing a lot of help, it’s fine.

Didn't really care for it. I thought most items were overpriced. However,  it does fill a void between Goodwill and places like "Nordstrom Rack." Its got its own "vibe". Check it out - you might find a unique item that you never knew you needed but must have.

I really wanted to continue shopping and exploring, but things aren't organized by size which deters me from looking since I don't want to touch 50 items in the hopes that I find something that I like AND fits. Also, there was just obnoxious 80s music on that was distracting & made me want to leave sooner. I'll download the app & hope to bridge a gap.

While the selection is one of the best in Austin for mens' secondhand designer, the buying process needs significant improvement as the buying price is not competitive and the buyer is not transparent in their selection process at all.  Poor customer service.

While this place has a decent selection, I do NOT recommend selling here. I assumed their high prices meant high payouts for good vintage clothing, but that was definitely not the case. I took a huge suitcase of some of my best vintage items and didn't realize until I left that they took all of it! They paid pennies on the dollar for some really great pieces, which I'm sure they'll sell at a premium. It was my fault for not doing my due diligence. Please do not make the same mistake I did. If you want to sell quickly, you're much better going to Buffalo Exchange or even Uptown Cheapskate. I left hundreds of dollars on the table.

i'm writing this as a seller. I took some clothes in to sell and they brought me a bin with what they wanted to buy with an offer. I accepted  the offer and when the guy took the bin behind the counter he added a very expensive pair of pants from the stuff he said he didn't want into the bin we had already made a deal on. Not cool at all. then denied it when I asked him about it.  yuk! I've been reselling for years these people are amateurs . sorry I cannot recommend. Also saw my Pistola jumpsuit there for more than I paid for it at Nordstrom!

The store has some nice designer pieces, as well as trendy mid-range items. I also appreciate that their men’s section is well curated as often times the men’s clothes at higher end second-hand stores are an after thought.
Their pricing is inconsistent especially for their department store pieces. For example, a dress from Target should not be at a consignment store for $30 even if its on-trend and in good condition.
Lastly, nothing is sorted by size. There’s already enough anxiety around shopping for clothes as a mid to plus size person, I don’t want to also have to dig and dig just to hopefully find something that might fit me. I lasted about 15 minutes before I gave up.
If there were sized sections, I would come back because they obviously spend time choosing cute or current items. I’m just not willing to spend hours sifting to find them in my size.

I can confidently echo the concerns about the poor customer service at this location. The staff appear untrained, unprofessional, and consistently rude. They are dismissive, lack basic communication skills, and show no regard for the customer experience. Any attempt to ask a simple question is met with visible annoyance, as if providing assistance is an inconvenience. I’ve visited every location in Austin, and this was by far the most disappointing and frustrating experience. A complete overhaul of the team is not only recommended, it’s necessary. 0 stars if I could rate that low.

What an utter disappointment. They do not organize by size at all which seems like standard practice these days at nicer resale stores.

So just came in and tried to sell some name brand sports coats… Burberry … polo Ralph Lauren…. Armani … and they said they don’t take them but yet right there sitting on the rack are sports coats not even name brand Walmart brand and kohls brand … I highly recommend not selling here go to uptown cheapskate or Plato’s

Horrible appraiser!!! Everything was fine a few months ago when other, more adequate personnel worked to evaluate items. Now there is a girl who simply drives customers away from the store, she evaluation branded items and new shoes at one dollar! Owners - if you read the comments, pay attention to the work of your personnel at the reception, and evaluat items, you are losing customers.

I waited 2 hrs! Two hours for .40cents sold them four clothing items at .10cents each this store is the worse I’ve been to for selling! They tried giving me $10 for ray ban glasses. $2 for Micheal kors jacket, took my stuff back I’m like no thanks! Never again will I be coming in here. Horrible experience.

Literal scammers, I have many valuable items some brand new never worn WITH TAGS, Levi’s, High End Brands, Princess Polly, a VINATGE vest worth 400$ in mint condition and they offered. 14$ FOR EVERYTHING. save your money and time if you want your items sold, they will scam you and then turn around and make 100% profit. DO NOT SELL WITH THEM!

I wouldn’t sell anything here, the male buyer with the long hair and mustache is incredibly rude & arrogant. They will also short sell you REALLY BAD compared to other thrift & pawn shops. It’s very obvious the buyer has that “too cool for anything” persona which is sad considering this is one of the only thrift shop nears me that markets themselves as a designer/vintage resell only to quite literally offer $50 on Yeezys that 1. Have never been worn 2. Were originally sold for $300 and are being resold for still $200+. The guy tried pulling up where they’re supposedly being sold for cheaper which was a lie considering it wasn’t my size and the version he pulled up were used.

If yall are going to resell something at $180-$200 the way yall said why is it that you only give $50? that’s insulting and completely ridiculous.

Bought a so called "high end tshirt" and found there were holes all over it when I came home. Lighting was dim in the store, making things hard to see. No refunds. 🤡clown business

They lost the designer dresses I brought in to sell.  I came in on a Wednesday.  They said I would get a call in 30min. 2hrs later, I missed the call.  No voicemail.  No 2nd call.  Came back on Sunday, and they’re gone!  With no record of my dresses even being there.
Amen the manager found them in the donation pile ONLY because I had pictures.
Ridiculous.
Be sure to follow up with these people if you want to sell to them!

Only catering to men’s fashion in my opinion. The women’s fashion in here is giving ✨Ross Dress for Less✨. Went in to sell after hearing really good things from other resellers and they tried to offer me like 20 dollars for 30 of my items😀 That was after they made me wait “20 minutes” which quickly became an hour and a half as they had to wait for their manager to come and APPROVE the $20. When I asked what the prices were based on, they couldn’t really give me an answer, seems very random.
