This is one of the best resale shops I've visited in Dallas. Items are reasonably priced and there's something for every budget.

Amazing selection that’s rotated often!

Very cool resale shop with high end merchandise. Baught a pare of Rick Owens shoes for a fraction of what they cost new.

Great selection of clothing at great prices and they are very accommodating if you come in close to close. We found 10 great items in under 30 minutes

My favorite place to buy and sell clothes. The staff here goes above and beyond and makes you feel right at home in this stylish deep ellum spot for new and slightly used clothes, shoes and street apparel. Shout out to Charles and the gang for always keeping it professional and fresh in deep ellum.

Omg. I freaking love this place.   It's where I do all my shopping at.  Friendly friendly staff that's is knowledgeable. Store is organized clean and easy to find .   Prices are fair and clothes are unique and quality style.   Definitely recommend

This place is a diamond in a sewage system of overpriced "Salvation Army quality"  resale stores. This store has all the luxury and hype brands and they're not too proud of them.

This is going to be one of my new fav spots to shop at now! I’m thinking this place was going to be like Buffalo Exchange where it’s second hand but everything costs $1000.00 and it doesn’t match the quality; these two pairs of shoes costs 39.00 each!!!!!! they were small on me, but whoever comes to get these shoes, it’s worth it. I love this place. The staff is so professional, kind, patient, and helpful even when they’re swamped. They helped me find unique items and feel comfortable trying new things. I’ve been back three times and i brought my brother to develop his personal style too! This is my new place to shop in Dallas and I just moved here. What a great welcome to the city.

First off, Jessica is great, super sweet and friendly.

Used to live in Japan so when I heard this place was opening up I got really pumped. Honestly was expected to be let down because most people in Dallas have bad taste but this place is fire. Straight up 10/10

Dope spot that has a lot of good items priced reasonably but in my opinion they should be more strict on the quality of products they accept. The store is packed with clothing and accessories but I saw a lot of shoes especially that were really worn down.

Great selection and prices for quality brands! Had a lot of fun shopping here.  Only downside is that there wasn’t clear marking or sections for different sizes so you have to dig to find things that fit.

Good and wide selection of clothing and shoes. From designer brands to no names, a ton of great stuff.
Would suggest to space out the shirts more or make room for more racks in the store.

This place has really cute items . However, they do over price the items.  The buy/ sell process is simple however I’ve never sold to them because they will extremely low ball you.
I came in with a $1500 St. John my winter jacket and they offered me $50.

Last year I wanted to get rid of my YSL Kate med Kate bag they offered me $400 saying YSL is not selling quickly right now.
I ended up keeping my items 😆 but the funny thing is the prices they have in there are too high and

I wish I could tell this message on a megaphone to all of you who like to buy and sell second-hand fashion lol…do not sell your valuables to these second-hand stores. They attempt to get over on people trying to get rid of their pieces and hope you’re desperate enough to take the offer. I’ve seen second hand pieces in this store and other thrift stores marked up or equal to the price of what an item cost, brand new. I sold them some vintage Roberto Cavalli jeans back in the day for way less than I knew they were worth. I went back into the store a week later to see them marked up 250%. I’m still regretful about selling them the jeans. Today, I thought I would amuse myself by taking them a brand new, large, chrome Telfar that I hadn’t made use of after having it for 2 years. He offered me $65 lol. I saw them selling a used Telfar for $250 just a few weeks ago. All business have to make a profit, but there comes a point where it’s predatory. Capitalism rules, and the expensive Deep Ellum rent has to be paid, I guess.  Sell your pieces of online. Depop, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, your social media, etc. anywhere but to these secondhand places.

Side note: the customer service at this location is much better than the customer service at the Lower Greenville location, if that counts for anything.

Called ahead of the 20 min walk over in the heat to see if they had rings, I was told that they indeed have rings so I walked over to be welcomed by 3 rings that were for women only.

I suppose it's my fault for not asking "how many do you have" and "are there any men's designs", but if I had asked that information I wouldn't have been able to sweat on the walk over to see the inside of this store for 30 seconds

Went to resell a few Supreme items. The store looks nice. It took about 2.5 hours just to get a price when the store wasn’t that busy and fully staffed. Then I didn’t get the full payout amount that was printed when I went to recount the cash. The guy checking me out didn’t have much customer service and didn’t offer much help on a pair of legit shoes due to the stores “Authentication Process”. A little disappointing.

I was excited to finally go here on opening day, however I was disappointed when I walked inside and noticed a significant amount of “authenticated” designer goods out on shelves and behind a glass case with obviously questionable looking hardware (specifically on handbags). According to the store, they use Entrupy who has a “99.1 percent accuracy rate” and also has a “financial guarantee to protect the certificate holder from financial losses due to errant results”. One shop employee was unable to tell me if that means a buyer would get a refund for purchasing a fake bag from them or the details of the authentication process. According to Entrupy, they are an AI based authentication service that is based off submitted images. Entrupy doesn’t touch the bag or feel the weight of the brass hardware, pull zippers or closures, or check the inner lining of a bag for fabric composition/quality. A Burberry or Louis Vuitton bag’s brass hardware should have weight and not fade to silver. Be conscientious of this while buying designer product here as staff seemed unaware/untrained in how to check pieces for indication of counterfeiting or third party refurbishment.

Apart from my issues with their authenticator service, I was pleased with the rest of the store’s curated collection.

There is a decent selection of mid tier designer jewelry (most pieces are plated, won’t find fine jewelry here besides some small Tiffany goods), watches, and glasses. There’s also a nice selection of wallets.
I saw some garments that were labeled from target and other low end to mid tier fast fashion brands (h&m, fashion nova, Brandy Melville, Zara), but they do carry some higher-end designer clothing. I was also pleased by their collection of Japanese brands. Shoe collection was pretty good and priced fairly. I’m interested to see how the neighborhood’s closets will change the in-store collection over time.

Has to be the worst 2ndstreet in the entire state the staff here are rude and don’t do anything

The store is clean and good distributed, I’ll bring a lot of stuff basically new with tags or only used once, probably around 50 items, at the end they picked the new with tags and offered me 11 usd, no thank you, I’ll better donated to person in need, I already did.

A good option if you're looking for something specific, but double check the value before purchasing. They have some nice finds, but a lot of overpriced easy to find pieces, digging through $20 worn out Shoedazzle heels and $49 overworn zip sweatshirts that are obviously stained just aren't worth coming back.

Glorified Goodwill, seems like the corporate owner buys bulk, distributes to the stores and nothing is locally bought. Not true vintage.

Thought I had found a gem! They sold me a ‘fendi’ bag with some minor damages for about $300, I thought I had just gotten a steal on an old loved piece but went to get it authenticated to find it was not authentic :(

Cute store but I waited over an hour for authentication just for them to tell me the pics they sent to the authenticator is in Tokyo so they have to refuse my items since they didn’t respond yet. They need a faster system because Tokyo is not even in the same time zone, their hours are opposite. Someone should be trained in store to authentic. It was also only for five items. I had a car full of stuff that I decided I would just sell in poshmark, less hassle.

I normally never leave reviews, but I also have never been profiled before and asked to leave my bag in the front in order to shop.

Yesterday my family from out of town came to visit and wanted to check this place out. I wore comfortable clothing since the weather has been freezing.
The second I stepped inside, security looked me up and down and told me I cannot shop unless I leave my tote bag at the front, mind you other costumers had bigger bags AND tote bags as well. It caught me off guard because I have NEVER been asked to do this before in the past. It also made me feel uncomfortable.
I did not want to make a scene since I was with my family, but it really hurt that I was profiled. It also made them feel uncomfortable seeing this as they were the ones excited to check this place out.
I questioned in the back of my head if they had maybe a no tote bag policy now and decided to check their website before leaving this review. And their is no such policy to this which left me feeling humiliated.
Overall, this shop is really nice and I really did love coming here but after yesterday, I no longer feel safe and feel discriminated.

Waste of time , don't get excited this place is trash

This place is NOT a place to sell. I waited around 6 hours for an offer on 2 designer pieces and it ended up being $10 each. What a complete waste of people’s time. It’s no wonder that everything in the store is priced so great, they screw over the sellers. Only shop here- DO NOT SELL!

Lying employees and trying to lowball you and say your stuff is fake when it’s from NeimanMarcus zero knowledge of what they have don’t waste your time with them just go else where

Bought a pair of shoes from the men’s section- labeled Size 11. Got home and realized they were a women’s model. While I understand the no returns policy, it seems like something that 2nd Street could choose to do right by their customer.

I spoke with a rep and explained the situation and he was adamant that they would not be able to help me out.

I can’t be mad, but I absolutely won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone.  They can keep my $80 for this single transaction since apparently that means more than my return business.

Uncomfortably low offer. It’s okay to say we don’t want this. Why not just send me away quickly rather than make me wait over 2 hours for a 10 dollar offer.

I see a lot MERCH reviews, the customer service alone sucks. I told my daughter DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, let’s go. I am not sure if it’s a Covid thing but what I do know is when the business isn’t yours you don’t treat it the same. Hospitality is just that being HOSPITABLE. Never give your hard earned money where it isn’t wanted.

So I was told i could get 30$ for a shoe when I brought it in when I brought it back because it had been a little wet. Brought it back and was offered 10$. They also offered 37$ for a shoe they would sell in store for 150$. Im sorry but close to 25% of value is ridiculous on a brand new shoe especially when they sell Walmart clothing at a price higher than Walmart has it tagged for. Love that y’all wasted my gas and my time knowing the shoes last sales were all 175-250$ and they would have sold it somewhere in that range. Do not give them your shoes or money as they overprice everything as well.

Was excited to go shopping from the ad i had seen on IG. Turns out they’re closed. As I’m walking away. I see 3-5 people looking around like if they’re shopping, not sure it was a private shopping but i dont know if this is a frequent thing. Idk about a place like this having that many employees working on a closed day. Expectedly since it’s just opened not that long ago. No sure if ill be back, maybe.

Honeslty really disappointed -  as a fashion influencer I brought in items that were high quality with tags on — 2 giant bags. They took everything and only offered me $51. Terrible place to sell clothing to Buffalo exchange is better than them.

I don’t know what’s more sketchy. Charles, the manager or their “policy”/authentication￼ system.

Saturday, 12/3, I came in on the opening day with an item (that’s authentic) because I was excited about this store, it's neat, and they do have nice things. But that quickly changed.

As I talked with an employee about how the authentication system works, we KEPT getting interrupted by Charles, who aggressively tried to convince the employee they didn’t accept my item. This moment made me feel uncomfortable because they had similar things and the same brand all throughout the store. Anyways, the employee took my item because it was acceptable and told me I would receive a call once the authentication was done. When I got the call, I was told the 3rd party they used to authenticate never got back and to come pick up my item, and I would be notified once they did hear back - I never heard anything back.

The next day, Sunday, 12/4, I called to see if there were any issues. And to my surprise, I was told by an employee to bring it back because THE MANAGER (Charles) NEVER SUBMITTED MY ITEM TO GET AUTHENTICATED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
SN: He was off on Sunday and not at the store.
At this point, I should’ve just cut business there because Charles's demeanor was off from the start. But I still returned with the item and was told the same thing, that I would receive a call once ready - I didn’t hear anything until the following day, so they ended up keeping my item overnight.

Monday, 12/5, I finally received a call in the evening from Charles stating they couldn’t authenticate the item and to come pick it up.

Okay, cool, no worries. You guys have already wasted enough of my time.  However, an hour later I got another call from Charles stating I needed to pick up my item asap because THEY DO NOT HOLD ITEMS OVER NIGHT 😅 then why was it held overnight the day before?

If I'm being honest, I don’t think Charles ever submitted my item to get authenticated, and when I requested proof showing if it was, he refused.  And honestly, I'm not even sure why. I was professional and willing to answer any questions they had.  Maybe because I'm a young POC with a nice designer item? I don't know, but this experience was unpleasant and unprofessional.
