Fantastic shop! Original art, oddities, crystals, jewelry and so many things to look at and peruse. Francella’s artwork is amazing and the collection of curiosities is so much fun to check out. We just happened to stop here while we were in town and spent the better part of the morning checking everything out.

"Dreadful Things" is a delightful place to find interesting antiques and curiosities. Some people compare it to a dollar store, thinking everything should be a dollar, and that's ridiculous. I believe the prices are very reasonable and affordable. Jewelry is beautiful and desirable. You should definitely check this shop out for yourself. Fantastic gifts.

I love this shop. Celeste is so friendly and helpful. She always had a smile and was very knowledgeable. She took her time with us and had this welcoming vibe to her. The store has so many different and cool things. If you ever need unique gifts this is the place. They carry a wide variety of herbs as well. Definitely recommend

The place is excellent, but the prices are out of control. Some of the items you can buy online for 50% less, some of the candles you can find at the dollar store, and they charged $10.00. I think. I have mixed feelings about the place. I do however love the staff. She was freaking amazing. I bought something just because she was so nice.

I was simply amazed by the amount and assortment of unique items at Dreadful Things. As being deeply interested in the occult and magic I spent hours proving their treasures.

I don’t remember the girls name who helped me, but she was great! She makes really adorable crocheted charm bags. She helped me find stones to match my intentions and there were a lot of cool things to look at in the shop. I will be back for more!

Beautiful, unique shoppe! Great customer service and experience. The only thing stopping me from giving it the five stars is the lack of variety on sizes on clothing.

Came here to satisfy my curiosity after seeing some photos on google. The location definitely lives up to the name. Dreadful things, bones, lots of witch/warlock products. If that’s your jam then this is the place!

Shop is very small though, you will peruse everything within 5 minutes or less.

This shop was really fun. So many awesome items, the staff was very helpful.

Contacted them for an appointment through Instagram, they asked what I wanted done so I sent them a picture and they left me on seen. LOL

So everything is disgustingly overpriced besides the incense and I saw things that were bought on shein/romwe that I had bought for $1-$2 and they seriously priced it at almost $20 and I notice they only buy killstar on sale and price it higher than even on the website at the normal price I get trying to make a profit but at that point it seems greedy to me. They don’t have much for oddities and if there is something I would want to purchase, it isn’t even for sale yet it isn’t labeled as not for sale. The vibe on the inside is uncomfortable and whoever is working that day doesn’t make it better it’s so awkward and they are usually just on the phone but I guess they said the owner only hires friends of hers so I’m not to sure what to call this place it doesn’t feel like a business at least not a comfortable professional one. Stick with Tooth and veil oddities it’s worth the drive!! Plus this place is never open when I stop by and they never put a closed sign on so it’s just always open but it’s not.

Went for a wet specimen about 2 months ago, bought a beautiful purple chameleon from this store. Cashier was very annoyingly pushy about buying things but I was in love with the specimen regardless so I decided to buy it for around 90 dollars. This place has the most expensive wet specimens I've ever seen! I figured it would be worth it because of the quality but boy was I mistaken. First of all the cashier wrapped it for me and I made sure to keep it upright the way she handed it to me the whole ride home. When I got home I realized it was leaking all over my car because she gave it to me upside down and the jar wasn't sealed at all or screwed in right. Luckily the specimen wasn't damaged but the liquid inside keeps evaporating and the specimen has started to open up and it's guts are spilling out all over (I havent moved it since i brought it home). If I'm paying nearly 100 dollars for a specimen I expect it to be well made and well handled. Very disappointed I would suggest you go to tooth and veil for fairly priced and HIGH quality curiosities.
