This a first class estate sale Company. I did not have to be surprised that it is a Christian Company. Everyone is so nice. Prices are good. Yes it is crowded, but that is what you get when you are the best game in town. Love these women. They are a cut above! Highly Recommend!

Their estate sales are a marvel of organization! The top of the food chain in Fort Worth estate sales. The only drawback is that they are so popular that it’s hard to beat the crowds, and the common strategy of waiting for discounts doesn’t work so well. They are all very nice people, however, and great finds can be find on books 9r art if you get there early enough! Highly recommend!

Staff is VERY rude, for asking price questions on unmarked items(on the last day at that). This is a first a sale has had to check receipts of everyone going out the busy door also. A little much

Unethical practices - We attended an estate sale on Day 1. We asked an employee how the bidding process worked on items over $100. She stated to place a bid on the item in the bid box. At 3pm at the end of each day, they would review the bids and the highest bidder would be contacted that they won the bid for the item. I placed a bid on a large furniture piece. At 3pm, the same day, I received a call stating I had won the bid and told I either needed to pay immediately via credit card incurring a 3% fee or I would need to be there in the next 30 minutes to pick it up. I asked if I could pay cash and could come to pick it up at 4pm as my husband was coming back in from out of town with our truck and would be home shortly. She reiterated the two mentioned options. I explained that this was not explained when I asked about the bidding process, I placed my bid with the intention of paying cash. I didn’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone (the bid box was in the middle of the home and anyone had access to my bid amount, phone number, and description of the item). I asked if I could call my husband to confirm where he was and immediately call her back verifying what we would do. She told me I would have until 3:30pm, otherwise the next bidder would be contacted. I called back within the 30 minutes, my call went to voicemail, I left a detailed message and never received a call back. The next morning (day 2) of the sale, we went to speak with the employees about the situation. The China cabinet was still there, marked as sold with another persons name and number. The first person I spoke with stated they (not the original person who called me) was asked to call the next bidder who accepted the item. I showed her my call history, explained what happened, specifying the sale was pulled from under me. She directed me to Georgann. Georgann refused to make the situation right, she acknowledged the mistake, said she usually only gave 10 minutes, was sorry, but she was unwilling to fix it. I asked if she could call the bidder that they incorrectly called, explain the situation, and refund their money since the item was still there. She refused, told me there were other similar furniture types although she understood this one was more high end. She offered me $20 off a product, which was insulting considering the bid was over $400. I felt like I was being paid off. A company who says they pride themselves on customer service and when caught in a mistake, takes the unethical road. There was an opportunity to correct the situation and do the right thing. I understand there are people who no-show, however I communicated I was trying to get there, even offering to come at 4pm or first thing at 9am. It is difficult to drop everything immediately after it was not communicated, stated anywhere within the building, and unknowing to how far away we are. Requesting to be there within an hour is not unreasonable. I am highly disappointed in the behavior and business. It appears their popularity has started impacting ethics and honesty. Beware that this is the business practices that Georgann models and believes in.

I’ve been to several of their estate sales and the ladies running/working these sales are always so rude. They all lack basic customer service skills and almost pick and choose who they’re nice to. If you’re not a regular, they’ll just treat you like a transaction especially if you’re a person of color from what i’ve seen and experienced. I’ve been to a lot of estate sales ran by a variety of different companies and this one seems to be the least helpful and arrogant one.
