Edit: I run an eBay store, and I often bring in items to consign here. I wanted to say that while many customers may think consigners at the store doing business with the employees are “gossiping” and employees themselves, we are actually doing business with the employees. We may be friendly while doing so, but it’s a misread that we are employees and gossiping with the true employees simply because we are being friendly. The back end of the business is generally happening “in the back room” as one reviewer said.

This is a very well organized upscale resale of women's clothing, shoes, & jewelry. Prices are reasonable and one can opt into their messaging of special deals & sales.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was kind of hesitant to go here. However, the employees were so helpful and attentive. They have an awesome selection of clothes, even in plus sizes. Purses, shoes, jewelry, too. Very organized and clean. So much better than the place I went to before going here. I will definitely be going back.

They are wonderful, polite, sweet, and they love their customers. The store is beautiful and welcoming.

I hadn't been here in years! It hasn't changed much and I like it still! The goods are in very good to excellent condition. There are a lot of name and designer brands here and their prices are fair for everything. I consigned here probably ten years ago and they were decent then. I assume since they are still in business it's still the case. And the staff was very nice and attentive. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great selection of clothing. The clothing selections were of good quality. There was a variety in all sizes. Prices were a little higher than other consignment stores in the area, but the sale items were reasonably priced and if good quality.

I had the wonderful experience of going into this shop and being greeted so warmly.  The sales staff is exceptional and the clothing is also .

I visited this store few days ago and I LOVE IT!!  Gently used clothes and high quality brands. They also have a designers area. Well organized, clean, nice dressing rooms. Costumer service is great. Those ladies are happy to help, friendly, smiling and with a great positive attitude. They know their business.

My fave shopping place! Plus I consign here an make bucks. I love the employees, they are very helpful. I shop here for designer purses, shoes and jewelry. If I'm going out for special event I can always find a nice dress at a great price. Always ask for a discount. If an item has been there for 3 months you might even get a bigger markdown! I'm almost always happy with what I've purchased. If I get home and its just not me I just take back an consign it! Its that easy. The store is very nice, clean, organized. Dressing rooms are very private and always someone there to help with a zipper. Employees are all friendly when your purchasing. They are pickier when your consigning because they are looking out for the customers. I'm a regular and I get rejects but they have high standards. I love this place!

Went here to find some upscale clothing for a themed dinner theater birthday gift for my Mother-in-Law. She was able to pick up a beautiful (designer) evening gown, matching shoes and jewelry for what had to be just pennies on the dollar. The ladies there treated her like a princess, not to mention making her look so beautiful. She came away so excited and "giddy as a school girl". A wonderful experience.

I've been shopping at Panache for about 25 years. Many of their items still have original tags, and none of their clothing actually looks like it's ever been worn. They are a great place for business wear and special occasions.

Top quality resale store with a rewards program like Little Botique. They carry all women's clothes in sizes from 0 to 3 XL. I highly recommend their email list and the sales racks in the back!

Great store to shop for second run, designer clothes

Nice high end resale shop. Staff friendly- don’t ask if you need help but they are very courteous. Lots and lots of items to look thru. Sorted by size and colors. Jewelry, coats, sweaters and shoes.

You can find some really good deals here. Stop at the clearance section first and then work your way out. Some clothing is still new with tags. I agree though with the other reviewers. Staff stand in the back room and gossip. There were were quite a few employees on site when I shopped there but no one asks how you are doing or if you need help. I had an armful of clothing and staff kept walking by me without offering to place them in the dressing room. They have the atmosphere of a boutique with the quality of a thrift store. Don’t let that stop you from visiting though as they have a lot of selection and some prices are good.

I sometimes find really good deals, if I get them on the clearance rack. The other clothes are over priced.  I wish they would come and get clothes from me and start a dressing room all the time, like they used to.

They should rethink their sales tactics. Went here for the first time, all shirts seemed to be priced at $16.99. I found a Danskin now shirt which is walmart brand priced at $16.99 when it was probably only worth $7 brand new.

First time selling at a consignment shop, but I used to visit them as a kid with my mom. Everything was easy when I dropped off a few items to sell, but what seemed off was they price what they want, and do not check with you first after they "inspect the items". You have to call to see if you have a check, they do not reach out AT ALL. I called to check after a few months, to find out nothing had been sold, and that the bracelet that I had dropped off and was very clear that I wanted it all sold individually, they had been selling as a set, she even listed off the wrong brand on the phone, so who knows what they were even saying the brand was. When I explained how what I wanted, and what they chose to do were different the woman on the phone gave an attitude, and told me I could come get my stuff, to which I let her know I would. The items were priced WAY TOO HIGH to sell.

Today I finally had time to stop by and pick up my items. Staff were talking at the register, didn't even stop to say hi, instead finished their conversation and it took them both a few minutes of searching multiple places in the store, and acting like they had no idea where my items were before they emerged. Overall I am frustrated by the lack of thorough communication from the store with selling items and the fact that after 4 months nothing was sold, complete waste of my time, honestly not sure how they are still open.

Very. Unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest staff. Owner “Amy” said she wasn’t computer savvy and wasn’t sure if she could figure out how to send me an email ( I asked for an email confirmation of an agreement we came to about compensation for the article I brought in that I was not paid for. We agreed to a $35 gift certificate ( as I liked the items in the store). But, when I questioned the statement that she will “ try to send me an email” that she isn’t computer savvy and isn’t that terrible that she might not be able to figure out how to send me an email and I agreed that yes it is “ terrible and suspect that she would have me believe that her as a business owner doesn’t know how to send and email. She calls me back and tells me I hurt her feelings that I said “ yes it is terrible that you expect me to believe you don’t know how to send an email. The owner of panache consignment store called me to harass me and went on to tell me all about how I’m rude to not listen to her go on and on about why her staff wasn’t and didn’t handle business with me properly due to personal care taking of her employees mom personal info garnering some sort of sympathy from me so that I’ll “ understand “ and not be so upset about how they tried to rip me off! Now I don’t want to shop and do business with her store yet the owner refuses to give me the $35 we agreed upon and will only issue a gift card to her store after hanging up on me to tell me she’s upset because I wouldn’t have sympathy for her lack of computer skills. The fact that I questioned the honesty about her inability of sending and email and I didn’t care about why her employees did a bad job DONT do Consignment with a lot of panache in houston they are disorganized and dishonest

I am so so sorry.  We are normally really good about yelling out "welcome in" or "our sale today is.....   Do you know when this happened?  I would love to make it up to you with a gift certificate.  So many customers love coming in because we are good listeners and a shoulder to cry on when needed.  But I must say almost everyone of us working there has had recent tragic events.  Maybe they were consoling each other.  But it still is no excuse not to give you the attention you deserved.  My name is Amy and again, I would love to make it up to you with a gift card.  I will have it in the cash drawer with your name on it.  No questions asked.  I babysit my grandkids in the afternoons but I am there almost everyday until about 3pm.  Adela is my right hand gal if I am not there.  But I promise you will have a different experience.  Thank you for complimenting the store and its merchandise.  Our inventory changes everyday. The place is nice and they have some interesting stuff but their staff is rude and lazy! I’m sure they are employees because the owner would be way nicer and attentive to the customers. Those ladies were just gossiping in Spanish the whole time my daughter and I were there. The managment and sales clerks have zero business being in charge of such space. They devalue everything that's in the store! f you're ugly in the inside your even uglier on the outside. Those women were so rude and ignorant. Whomever the owner is, your manager lied.

Rude. Walk right pass you as if you weren't there. Been in store several times. No customer interaction. Sales lady behind counter busy on self with store jewelry.  While looking at items inside the counter showcase never was I asked if I needed help or greeted. They never greet customers as they come in yet they will look in their direction. Must be looking for upscale customers.

I've only been here twice. Both times I've entered not one person greeted me. Not even so much as a hello. They just stood at the register and spoke about their plans for the weekend. I walked around trying to find a dress for a themed bday party for about an hour. Not one person asked if I was doing ok or if I needed help with anything. Clothing was very very overpriced.  I will never go back again. Why go to a store that is extremely overpriced and the sales associates are rude? Especially the older (late 50's) looking blonde?

I went yesterday and was appalled at how, who I believe is the owner treated a male customer. He brought in some of his late mothers clothes in a box. She reportedly told him that she didn't except wrinkled clothes and they were outdated d/t having shoulder pads in the jacket. He said it was ok to donate and there were men's clothes also. She was rude when telling him that this was exclusive women's resale shop though she was going to donate them anyway. When i came in they didn't say anything and when I checked out they only told me the price to pay, Nothing else!! I will NEVER return again. Snotty

I drove a long way to get there for some quick jeans and showed up five till 6 and they closed the doors on me.

I have walked into this store quite a few times already and no one has ever  welcomed me or has cared to assist me in any way. It is extremely rude and unprofessional to see someone walk into your store and don't even bother to turn around and say Hello! I waited to review this establishment to see if their attitude towards the customer improved and actually made you feel welcomed and comfortable to shop but it is obvious that they can care less about who walks in or out of their store.

I was very disappointed with this store.  The clothes are crowded onto racks.  They are very over priced  I shop at other shops that have name brand clothes and a blouse does not cost $18.00 more like $8.00.  I purchased some pants  and blouses off the 1/2 price rack.  I noticed when I worn one of the blouses it had a hole in it and another blouse have a stain.  I will not be back.  Some of the staff are very disrespectful. Make sure you don't get charged the regular price for the 50% off items.  I had to go back because i was charged the full price for some of the 50% off  items.  Was very disappointed.  You can find better clothing and prices at Macy's when they are having a sale, which is often.  Don't waste your time.
