I went in with a friend looking for a new dress for a interview, and was not sure what to expect from the outside .I was pleasantly surprised inside. The lady working in the shop went out of her way to help us and even recalled they had some new thing in that had not been put out yet. She asked for the size and style of dress and went to the back. She came back with some great options and my friend was able to get a very nice outfit that worked perfect! The shop is clean, has a nice selection and is reasonably priced (they do have a range - good condition clothes at reasonable prices all the way up to the high end labels at a higher price point).  I will be back to see what other great pieces I can find to upgrade my closet!

Me and my teenage daughter have been shopping here for about two years. I love that every time it’s different used and new consignment. I also love the owner Alysa she had such a sweet soul and love the music all the time when we shop.

Visiting this boutique for the first time was one of the best experiences I have had in any consignment shop, all of the workers were incredibly nice people. I ended up going to multiple consignment shops before this one to try and find an outfit for a work meeting but I didn’t find anything until I came to revente. When I was about to give up looking for a work outfit I drove past revente . So I thought well it wouldn’t hurt trying one last place when I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile from an adorable little girl working the counter. As I started looking I wasn’t able to find what I needed but than one of the amazing helpers asked if I needed help finding something and when I said yes she went right to what I needed. The costumer service that this boutique has is amazing ever since that day I started to come every week and was able to find something I love.

I bought a bag and a blouse for a special occasion. I really liked the layout and selections. It truly is a boutique environment and I really hope they make it through this Pandemic crud. I don't know of another place around with this "mature youth" look.

I drive all the way from downtown to shop and consign here. The staff are always friendly and patient, and the merchandise is more contemporary and fashionable than in most other consignment stores I've been to. The consignment process itself is SO easy and straightforward. Definitely worth the drive!

I wrote this review for Yelp around mid April and have updated at the end.........I shopped here for several years, before the newest owner took over. I used to love this store and never had any issues. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of fewer, is because I never had any issues with the previous owner/management and the prices are decent. I moved away from Texas back in August. In July, I dropped off numerous clothing items and several designer bags. I informed Alyssa that I was moving to GA and asked if she would be able to send me a check for the items that sold; she said yes. Since December, I have contacted her MULTIPLE times to ask about sending me a check and have even offered to have a friend pick up for me. I RARELY get a response. First of all I find it hard to believe I only earned 8$ from everything that I dropped off, but the main concern is the lack of communication. I had much better luck and communication with another popular resale shop across the bridge in KW and would be dropping/shopping there exclusively if I were still in the area. Not a happy former customer. UPDATE: On May 30, the owner and I spoke and she claimed that she’d texted and emailed me numerous times; I had received no correspondence from her. She said she would issue the check the next business day and that was almost 3 weeks ago. I am fed up and would absolutely never recommend her business.

Really sad that I was looking for something urgently and they were my last hope, but they closed 35 minutes before the actual close time on the door. And when I called and asked if they are still open the lady said yes, but when I said I’m at the door she sad “yes, because we just closed few minutes ago”. Really disappointed when I drove 1 hour because it seemed so nice but they don’t respect their own schedules

It says it's open, we drove all the way over and it was closed. No sign on the door stating why it was closed,  hours showed it was open. You've lost two potential customers

I will begin with the fact that it pains me to leave a negative review because I have know Alyssa and her husband's family for a very long time.  With that being said, this is a review of my experience working with Alyssa and Revente' Consignment Boutique.  In February 2022, I dropped of numerous items at Alyssa's shop.  I did not have the items on hangers and Alyssa still allowed me to leave the items with her letting me know "You're good" when I apologized for not having the items in the proper format.  Fast forward to December 12, 2022, when I began to message Alyssa, asking her for my consignor's information so that I could check the balance, if any.   On December 13, 2022, she replied "Yes, when I get to the store this week.  I'm sick right now".  No problem.  January 13, 2023, I again messaged Alyssa for the information.  No reply. January 26, 2023, I messaged again, no reply.  I waited a bit and posted a message on her FB letting her know I had messaged her.  February, 13, 2023 she messaged me to tell me she "Will check to send.  We aren't in the store today this week.  I'll have Tatum send when she's in.  I have doc appointments so not sure when I'll get it.  What's your phone number"?   Fast forward to March 1, 2023, I ask for an update.  No reply. On March 9, 2023, I reached out on her personal cell, asking for her to please send my consignor info.  March 10, 2023, she messaged me back telling me she is just seeing my message.  Today, March 14, 2023, I texted her again, telling her I needed my info by the end of the day.  I just got a text asking me "What are you needing"?.  Now, it is beyond ridiculous. I don't care if I ever get my consignor info or a check but, if this happened to me, bet it will happen to you too.  0/10 Do Not Recommend.

Very disappointed in the service  and lack of professionalism.  $45 for shoes and the bottom fell apart during my first time wearing. No help from Alyssa or owner. Have a blessed day.

Horrible, nothing is organized, maybe a handful of designer items priced exorbitantly. Very dark, unable to see items. Sizes all mixed. About a year ago I visited, it was much better. Today it's horrible

If I could give zero stars I would.    This place is awful.   Treats consignors so rude & unprofessionally.     I’ve been consigning things for years & never been treated so badly.

This place does not deserve any stars, I have had nothing but trouble. I would not recommend doing business here, your items are just going to come up missing, that is if they sell! And if they do you will receive an insulting low amount in return. Not to mention the owner is rude and unprofessional!

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! I brought in a new formal dress that didn’t sell (According to Alyssa). I called to pick up my dress, Alyssa told me the owner was out of the country & she didn’t have  access to my dress. Which I find hard to believe if you are the store manager . I called again several times to pick up my dress and I didn’t get an answer,  I also left voicemails still no response. Weeks later I called again & I was told by Alyssa they had donated my dress. I will never ever step foot in this place again! Unprofessional and Liars!

I would not take anything in there again. After dropping off 3 coats and told they were out of contracts, I left with nothing except they would keep them for 60 days. I called at that time and was told I had another couple of weeks. Went in then and the girl said I did not call and give them notice. I said I would be back in a few days. As she said one was sold and she had to get the others together. Upon returning I was told one was sold,they had to look for one and I got store credit for $8.00  for an expensive fur coat. Lesson learned.
