Love this spot! So much to explore and such a fun activity for families, dates or to find a good deal. I had a lot of fun checking out the collector booths. So many video games, card games, Funko! Pops and more. There’s something for anyone here!

Always a fun time, walking around people watching, hunting for treasures.  Do watch out for some of the more unusual establishments on site, I encountered a recent unexpected experience with one of the vendors.  Trust your gut.

Yesterday was my first time at this market and it was fun! Though it was pretty hot, the place was packed, and I was able to find some good deals. I was able to score some cute shades and Ryuk shirt from this cool shop Eyes and Chais and the lady was super nice. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

We definitely recommend a sun umbrella or an absurdly large hat in the summer. Thank you for visiting despite the hear

Lots of vendors with a vast variety of items/finds. We’ve had some issues with some of the ppl from management but Laurie Ann is always quick to resolve any issue that may arise. Plus she’s always in a positive mood and ready to help where she can. Overall, this a good place to visit especially on Sundays!

This is one the best flea markets I have been to. I travel 3 hours just to sell my items since I found out about it. Ms. Lori is one of the managers here that I’ve been in contact with. She had been personable, fair, and very sweet and really cares about everyone there. I really enjoy coming here!

Easy going and easy to talk to. Very appreciative of his vendors. Wife and I look forward to our weekends there.

Good and sad. It’s good because there’s a variety of stuff and prices are pretty fair.
But sad because not too many vendors or customers out there. I think it’s because things are kinda scary right now. But I had my mask and my hand sanitizer so I felt ok about shopping out there.
I do like that it’s pretty relaxing place and vendors are friendly. I didn’t see any bathrooms though.
Overall, it was nice.

Have frequented this flea market since the mid-nineties but their outdoors presence really blew up in popularity during the pandemic. These days they have a huge turnout most weekends, packed with tons of vendors. Lots of tools, clothes, shoes, housewears, bikes, etc. You can find just about anything. The indoors vendors are great too and there are a couple of food trucks and a few restrooms on site.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a flea market for the first time, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The market was a true testament to the beauty of diversity and the joy of discovery. The atmosphere was electric, pulsing with the energy tons of vendors, each with their own unique story to tell.

The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the sheer variety of stalls and shops. From vintage video games and action figures, to historical antiques and one-of-a-kind trinkets, there was truly something for everyone. The market was a veritable cornucopia of treasures, each one more fascinating than the last.

One of the things that impressed me most about the flea market was the tidiness of the stalls and the organization of the vendors. Despite the hustle and bustle of the market, everything was arranged in an orderly fashion, making it easy to navigate and find the items I was looking for. The vendors themselves were friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share their passions and stories with anyone who would listen.

As a lover of history and antiques, I was particularly drawn to the stalls that featured historical artifacts and vintage pieces. Whether you're a lover of history, antiques, or just unique and quirky items, the flea market is a must-visit destination, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a truly unforgettable shopping experience.

My daughter and I just visited this past weekend and I was so impressed with Margaret's Stranger Things exhibit! It was thoughtfully made and unique, but her customer service and hospitality were by far the best parts of our experience. My 17 year old daughter who attended with me is disabled and autistic, and Margaret made sure to accommodate both of us and made my daughter feel so comfortable in a new and over-stimulating environment. It was an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the area to check it out!

Margie and Robert put together a super cool Stranger Things theme walk-through this year. It's completely free and they put a lot of hard work into the directions. Robert even made a Demogorgon! Come check in out and have fun!

I am almost certain that the Kyle Flea Market is in fact the set from the critically aclaimed 1991 classic Nothing But Trouble. Nothing can match the ethereal filth laden across the amalgam of long hoarded McDonalds toys and stolen gas station souvenirs.

Ppl are extremely friendly! Lots of hidden gems here! I went to check out the outside booth sizes since I've been thinking about having a booth, but ended up walking around as well just a good feel for the place. So many vendors! So much good stuff! The outside booths are pretty much garage sale type of stuff.

Old school, no frills flea market! Many, many collectables from sports to toys and more! All the vendors were extremely nice! Damn good food trucks, and snow cones! We will definitely be back!

This is a weekend flea market & Sunday's is the best/busiest day! It has a bit of everything for everyone! The indoor portion is now open but not many shops are open. Mask optional & you won't be harassed whatever you decide. But please, if you wear a mask, do NOT throw them on the ground!

Love this place. Always find some of the best treasures. Food trucks are good too. Restrooms are not the best, but they work! Some days there are a lot of vendors and others there aren't that many. My favorite place is the 'bargain outlet' barn. A lot of unique vendors. There's a psychic too.

Great place to go for antiques, vinyl, belt buckles, and rare coins. Cool place to spend your Saturday morning at !!

Lots of vendors outside selling clothes and home goods.

Flea Markets are always fun! I always say you have to go once you never know what you will find. Also they have right now a haunted hallways and before that is this Stranger Things Room! I

We do maintenance on our entrance as needed, but some amount of potholes help transition people from I-35 speed to “parking lot where people are walking” speed. We have added a handicap ramp to the main entrance, and done some maintenance on the right ramp as well. I hope you visit us again. 

Wish they could remodel and fix the entrance but other than that it is a great flea market with lots of new vendors inside and outside. There is a new spot inside with soccer jerseys, I recommend it. If they don't have the jersey you want they will order it for you. We will definitely be back soon!!

Sundays are the best day. Lots of vendors. Parking ain't bad. Of course it's hot but it's still fun. Vendors sell plenty of drinks. They have food for sale but have not tried it yet. I always find something! Prices are reasonable. The inside of building is now open too. Love when they have the DJ!

The Kyle Flea market is a great place to visit to find a variety of products. The lady that runs the place does a good job. It is very vendor friendly also but I would say that the better day usually is Sunday if weather is good for Vendor and customers. It is reasonable prices to set up & they are not real picky about what u sell. As long as its not fire arms they don't mind if you sell various things to eat all kinds of merchandise etc. I really don't like markets that won't let vendors sell various food products that are not hot food. This market is not one of those biased weird markets so u can bring candy,local honey,etc. & the hot food people are great by the way they have no problem with other vendors selling food thats not hot fixed on the spot. Plus the hot food  I've tried is very good.No one is going to not eat a taco because they bought a candy bar & a pineapple or something. I'm giving them 4 stars only because I've been to larger flea markets that maybe draw a bigger crowd more consistent. But for there size they do a great job.I think they can only get better.

lots of stuff. somethings are a little over priced but there is so much to look at. i always find something cool.

I like to go on weekends when weather is tolerable. All of the vendors are hospitable and friendly. It's a real dive, but worth the trip, I think! Parking is free and even the other shoppers are courteous.

Decent but it’s hit or miss when vendors open up.

Firstly, much praise to Lorain who collects the vendor’s fee every Saturday & Sunday.
She’s always very friendly and professional, always a smile on her face even on the busiest of days.
And, of course Manny! He’s there bright and early with Chico, and maintains order upon the arriving vendors who can get very competitive when it comes to finding the right spot to set up.
If it wasn’t for those two I’d already have found a new place to sell the items left over from our estate sale business.

Sadly, I leave a 3 star review rather than a 5 star review because of my experience with the other staff/ management.
I have to be honest for the sake of future vendors and what they’d be dealing with.
Bill, whom is the “manager” of the market has left a bad taste in my mouth on several occasions due to his lack of professionalism and overall unfriendly demeanor.
My first experience with him was as a customer in which he pressured me to give him a “better price” on the premise that he was the manager of the facility and “called the shots”.

He speaks negatively of vendors, customers, and just about anything he doesn’t agree with openly and unapologetically.
He’s very off putting to say the least.
Juan, the other gentleman whom works the grounds can be quite difficult to deal with considering his short temper.
He shows favoritism to certain vendors and just “doesn’t care” about his job, his literal words not mine.
Honestly, the market is a shell of what it used to be.
Vendor fees have gone up, the quality of the vendors/ items has come down, and overall the market seems to be in a desperate need of an overhaul.
Every once in a while you’ll get lucky and find a treasure, but those very aggressive & cringy resellers will be right on your tail!
Some are cool though, and will show you their treasures if you ask nicely. lol

Probably the largest garage sale you'll ever see in the area! Take your chances as you go shopping The items are always a variety and random based on what's picked up. One week you can have a lot of furniture the next not one, One week there could be a lot of great selections on dishes the next week none. But those are the chances you take to find those great finds! Be prepared if it's summer it is hot be prepared if it's winter it is cold.

We’re sorry you feel that way sir. One person’s trash is another one’s treasure. We get new vendors each week and plenty more on Sunday. We hope you come by again as there’s always something new. 

Most of the vendors here are selling actual trash.

Trying to vend is not great.  Layout is terrible, roads to nowhere, place is infested with woolly aphids - I was covered.

We are always working to improve the market, address the temperature, and bring in a variety of vendors.

Honestly kind of disappointing. More of garage sale vibes. There was not a variety of many options. Most shops were unkempt, very tight knit, and not much of an air flow.

I’ve Been a outdoor vendor Since 2017 I love this Place & A lot Has to do to the staff & especially,Juan,Manny ‘ LORIANNE IS THE BEST She’s Such caring Person She Knows Most of the vendors Here & Listen Or Makes Any Problem Right, One thing About her Is She so respectful Any complaints or worries she’s on top of It, Now I understand if Changes are being made For the Better But I’ve Never had a Bad Experience But past week A new Person Has been Taking payment for Our Daily Rate payment NOT ONLY is He Rude He’s Not a Very Nice person I’ve Never Had a Bad Experience
Not Only that he Was rude In front of my customers And Was even Rude To Other vendors as well, As vendors we all stick together & Some Have even Left to Another flea market due to Not being treated With respect & kindness’ I just feel that If anything better management Would Help But as for Paying My Daily fee I Like how Ms Lorianne handles Any Problem or situation with kindness & Respect’s I’ve decide not to Go for the next couple of weeks I was embarrassed even my Customers Asked “What’s His Problem,Where’s Ms Lorianne” Other then that Is A great place & Its grown over the Yrs To whom it may concern I will gladly delete this Review Once I talk to Someone other then “ Manager” ✌️

The vendor fee on saturdays is $10 for both car and trailer spots. We understand that there is sometimes a disparity on Saturdays and Sundays, and that is why we offer an incentive for vendors to sell on Saturdays. We regularly have full and thriving saturdays. 

Our Porta potty’s are serviced weekly and we open with clean potties on Saturday’s when customers arrive. Sometimes porta potties get gross. We cannot control the bathroom habits of the people who use them, but we will consider any suggestions you have. We have added more porta potties to try to address this problem. Customers do not want to use wet porta potties so hosing them down midday isn’t a successful option. We have tried. 
There are toilets for men and women and a unisex toilet inside the building and we do the best with our small family owned business to keep the facilities clean. 

We hope you have success finding a different flea market that meets your needs. 

Do not come here on saturdays! Hardly any buyers or vendors come on Saturdays it is a waste of money. This place just keeps on going higher and higher on their vendor fee. $55 and they can't even provide suitable restrooms those porta potties are disgusting they do not keep them clean. Some of their staff is a joke.

One man’s trash is another’s treasure for sure, but there are many outright treasures, gifts, novelties, handmade goods at our market. We are sorry that you taste or shopping skills didn’t allow you to see that. 

Most to all things being sold here is garbage. The place smelled horrible. Would not recommend to people.

Thank you for your very thorough review, some things I’d like to respond to as the owner:

1. Our building has passed the city inspections and is insured and up to the expectations of the insurance company.

2. Each vendor is an individual business, and we are proud of the incredible and varied vendors that we have the privilege of hosting on our property. If you were not able to find treasures and collectibles at the Kyle Flea Market amongst their wares that sounds like a personal problem. Maybe you could consider shopping at the mall instead of our market, that might be more to your taste, and picking abilities. 
3. We are working on getting our cupola fans turning to help with air circulation as we agree that was very hot and still this last weekend.


The building itself seems structurally unsound. Would not be surprised to hear of a collapse or fire or other major disaster here. The stalls seem like storage cages where pickers literally just threw their picks into a cage. Majority were just piles of junk in cages, not even displayed or anything. My mind was blown here. The few that were set up w shelves n displays were mostly garage sale junk, very few specialized stalls. The one Or two i remember being unique or specialized  were costume jewelry and Asian decorations n jewelry. Overall dirty, stagnant, and unsafe.Would never go back.

Management raise the prices on all of the sites so now it's dead on Saturdays and packed on Sundays cuz people can only afford to go and set up one day at those rates and then with all the extra money that they're gouging for us poor people they can't even fix the dawn roads that we can get customers into the darn place who wants to drive through 2 ft deep potholes to get to a flea market come on man don't put your phone down . the manager - Bill- will steal it and if not the manager then the vendors will steal from you .and the management will do nothing about it !! I had to call the cops myself to get my item back and the vendors were not even punished in any way!!! But what do you expect when the manager of the place keeps phones that are turned into him as lost and found as his own at least until he gets busted doing it that is.

Have seen cleaning staff smoking cigarettes inside during after hours cleaning. Not good for vendors who have clothing or valuables that can absorb the smell. Not very friendly either. Ran a booth here a while back and it was a thoroughly horrible experience.
