I cannot recommend Heavenly Estate Sales and owner Carol Massie highly enough. Carol's attention to detail, professionalism, and caring approach made the process of handling the estate from a distance incredibly smooth. The wonderful pictures, thoroughness, and overall care she showed in managing every step of the process was a tremendous relief during a stressful time. I felt completely at ease knowing that Carol was treating the sale of my mother's belongings with respect and dedication. I came in with low expectations, expecting a typical sale experience, but I left feeling like I had gained a friend. The warmth and personal touch offered by Carol made all the difference, turning what could have been a transactional encounter into a genuine connection. I cannot say thank you enough, Heavenly Estate Sales, for an exceptional experience.

Working with Carol and Richard was a total delightful experience. After choosing to downsize, we sold our family home. There was sadness and assurance that we made the right choice. Not only were they totally professional, but their expertise, knowledge, and setup for the sale was done beautifully. My mom passed and we all agreed that my sister would be the executor. She signed with Heavenly Country Estate Sales. Everything seemed to go as planned except when final revenue amount was presented, there was no backing documentation provided. No inventory, no sale price asked vs. paid, no justification for the final revenue number at all. We could ask about something in particular but no other option was offered. If you’re ok with a handshake, you’re good here. If you wonder where the revenue came from, you’re out of luck. Ours was over $16,000 (less 40% and advertising) so it would have been nice to have something to support that figure. This was for the estate of Kathryn Barclay in Nacogdoches.
