Sorry to hear the owner is retiring, I like the Pearland location the best.

We have purchased so many things from the Pearland store, I’ve lost track. Our home flooded  5 years back and we used this store to almost entirely furnished our new home. We go back about once a month to checkout the new stuff and just look around. Great owners and staff, highly recommend.

Friendly staff, beautiful furniture, great prices.  Some of their items are new, some are gently used.  We have several pieces from there and are very happy with them.

This place was really amazing. They do it as a consignment shop to sell furniture and accessories that others no longer want or need. They had a tremendous selection and it really good prices. Hope to be able to come back to browse this one many more times. Unfortunately on this trip we didn't find what we were looking for but the lady helping us said they had another store in Clear Lake and they get in new things several times a week

I shop and consign at the Pearland location. I absolutely love this store.  . The layout and beautiful design elements are perfect . The website design for the cosigner allows you to check each month to  see if you have a check available.   I have moved away from Pearland and drive the distance to consign my items. they make consigning so easy.

Nice little shop. Pretty busy too. Ended up making a deal on some items, they wrapped them carefully for transit for me. Polite and friendly. Clean, not cluttered. Nice place to visit. Would recommend and return.

I actually work here part time, but my comments are for customers looking for quality furniture and home decor that is gently used. There are daily specials that discount decor and furniture markdowns which save money if buying unusual pieces or a full room set. Store is clean and staff are helpful and interactive with customers.

There is alot of great stuff in there so give yourself plenty of time to walk around. I always find something i cant live without. Also the prices on most the larger ideas are hundreds off ove retail and almost everything in the store is in near mint condition in my opinion. So im giving this place 5 star's .

I don't go in very often, but when I do, I'm always impressed with the goods & service because they Do Not follow you around!

Nice, well lit, nicely staged and organized furniture and household items. Big enough for lots of strolling and window shopping but cozy enough not to feel like you're in a warehouse and thankfully, musty, old odors or poorly kept sales floor. Prices definitely higher than the average Goodwill but you're getting higher quality, clean options. Ladies all seem courteous and not at all pushy...they have their hands full with all of their paying customers and incoming merchandise for consignment.  I have consigned with them and appreciate the monthly update to balances that you can look up online.

Beautiful things but the customer contact could be improved. Speak gently when greeting EVERY customer. Tone as well as CHOICE of WORDS can sell more items and bring more customers (paying customers) to the store. Lovely lovely items!

We go there frequently. Mostly good experience, but it was 4 30 pm and one of the staff was trying to get us out of there asap. She said we don't have help. So we loaded all our stuff ourselves. Another staff was very helpful hence more than made up for the  sour experience

Nice furniture but workers aren't as nice as the ladies at the NASA location.

I love looking. They had something I liked but have to see if color same.  Some things very pricy

Fun to walk through even if you don't need anything. Who knows... you might see a treasure you want.

Love checking it out every 2 weeks or so. Good quality stuff. Waited too long on some things so be aware. If you want it, its there buy it. Both locations.

Be sure you understand they have a delivery fee when pricing items.

Only three stars because it was very pricey. Nice furniture though.

If I think you're going to spend money they will help you all I can but when you find the same line of brand new for cheaper than they're selling it they say oh well

Their prices are a bit high but it's nicely kept.

This place has a ton of nice things but they are priced way too high.  I still drop in every now and then.

Upscale consignment furniture. Some of the pieces were as good as new. Instead of leavung them wander aimlessly the staff needs to loosen up a bit and get more involved with the customers on the floor.

They have a lot of nice and clean items for resale. Accessories furniture and decor for every room in a household. Only problem is that you could take the money they are changing you for them and buy it brand new at any store. I was looking for a good deal on some furniture that I could repaint or stain to bring it up to a more modern look but at the prices they are charging its not worth the work when I could buy the look I want already made.

Just walked in there prices are way to high, you better off buying brand new. Wasn’t like this before. Oh well.

Very unprofessional staff . Would not recommend the Broadway location. You may want to check out the Hidden Treasure location on NASA Blvd. Clearlake area..

Don't be a vendor at Hidden Treasure!!!! They will lose your stuff. I put in several hundreds of dollars in items that they put under another vendors number, donated them or just lost them. They compensated me $45. How is that fair!!!!! Don't go there.

I contacted the store to consign some furniture and was told to email pictures to the manager, which I did with measurements. The staff member I talked to was very friendly and polite, but each time I called to check about the email, I was told the person I needed to talk to was busy and to call back. I finally decided to go in person and browsed around until the manager (owner?) was available. In the end, the manager was rather dismissive and said they couldn't take any of the items because they were "all full". Fine, I thought. Fair enough, But, why didn't they just tell me that from the beginning instead of having me jump through a bunch of hoops, taking pictures, sending emails, making calls and wasting my time? They have some cute items and I had picked out something to buy, but after the way I was treated as a potential consigner I changed my mind and left without purchasing anything. I'm in the process of buying a new house and had thought about coming back after I move to look for furniture, and although the staff was friendly and welcoming, this experience with the manager created a bad first impression. I don't plan to visit the store again, especially considering I can get brand new items at Home Goods and At Home that are about the same price.

Bought king bed set. When I picked up was told box spring was not included. Suggested they advertise this and was mocked by sales representative. Also found no supports available for bed frame. Asked where the supports were for bed frame and was told they were not included. There were defiantly supports when I purchased as I sat on it without it collapsing. Was repeatedly mocked and ridiculed by sales representative telling me the supports were not necessary and/or not included. Very clear that they misplaced them but were unwilling to admit it or work to rectify the situation. Requested a refund but was told that all sales were final. Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve bought 7-10k of furniture here previously. Apparently a change in management with complete disregard for customer service. Never again - buyer beware.

I like the place and buy stuff, but I hate the cashiers. They greet everyone and wish everyone a blessed day except me! I noticed that the second time I was there, and went back a third time to make sure I wasn't imagining stuff. And sure enough, no one greeted me and no one asked me if I needed help. That's why they have hard time selling their stuff. Do not consign here!

Tameca, we are very sorry that you had a bad experience. We normally do not process jewelry on the weekends. It is an exceptionally rare occasion on top of being a busy Labor Day weekend. We did not not intentionally ignore you. I hope that you give us a second chance. We would love to make it up to you. If you would like to give the store a call. We are here until 5pm. We will be back open on Monday the 7th. 10am to 3pm.

If I could give negative stars I DEFINITELY would!. I was NEVER acknowledged from the time I walked in.  I thought well, they are a kinda busy.  I continued to browse while hearing the store associates ACKNOWLEDGE others either walking in or browsing in the showroom.   I didnt need immediate help so I just kept shopping.  Once I was ready to make a purchase I went to the counter and STOOD THERE FOR ABOUT 10 MIN!!!. There were a couple of ladies sorting earrings and another about 3 feet from me helping another customer.  No one ever said, "we will be right with you" or "just give us a minute"...NOTHING!!!. I know the difference between "busy" and "being ignored".  I like this store but probably will not visit again.  VERY poor customer service.....

Very bad items are super expensive not even good never coming back

Sellers beware! I consigned a table here for a month that I had originally bought for $500 from the exact same location. I only owned it for a year and it was in excellent condition. I consigned it in March and was told that I would be notified if they discounted it prior to selling. Fast forward to today and I realized I never heard back from Hidden Treasures if my table had sold or not. Gave them a call and sure enough it sold in March! There was no notification process and apparently the check would expire at the end of this month! Wow! Rushed to the store to pick up the check and was given a mere $161 for a $500 table. I will never use this consignment shop again. Please think twice before using this consignment shop... Facebook marketplace buyers are less likely to keep your money!

As others have stated, just horrible customer service! I have never done consignment and I called a week prior and scheduled a Sat appt at the Pearland location to bring many household items as we are downsizing (nice good condition items, framed pictures, lamps etc). The lady I spoke with wrote my name down and I asked what time we should bring the items. She specifically said anytime before 4 pm. The process is you drop off the items labeled in boxes/bags, they sort through them later and call you to pick up any items they do not want or they will donate them for you. Well my husband shows up on the scheduled Sat appt by 12.30 pm. First lady was not helpful and did not know what to do. 2nd lady appeared from a desk behind her and rudely told him that appts are ONLY at 10 am on Sat, but since he was there and did have an appt, just go ahead and bring in and put by the cubbies as they were very busy. When he had all the boxes inside, some very heavy, (SUV was full) another rude lady came out and started sifting and pointing to many of the items "nope, nope, nope can't take that, nope, etc".  By that point my husband was so angry there was no way we were doing business with them and was not leaving one single item. He loaded up everything back into the truck and took it across the street to be donated and they were very appreciative!
If you are looking for a consignment shop in Pearland with great customer service, I highly recommend Pearland Resale and Consignment. Since I have never done this before, I had called them first for information. The person I spoke with was so nice and super helpful (I believe she was the owner). She really wanted our items but due to the size of the store at the moment could not take them all.

Diana is a rude, unhappy employee with absolutely no customer service or design skills whatsoever.  A real negative to the business.  Joanie is a nice, upfront owner and I’m sorry she is losing business due this woman’s sorry customer service.

Walked in , sales associates looked at me , no greeting or hello! Walked by me , nothing ... no help offered ! Walked out, nothing! They were too busy chit chatting with each other! Will never be back !

I love finding unique items in these type of stores and would have spent more time but I felt as if the sales ladies could care less if I was there or not, almost as if they were thumbing their noses up at me... very rude!

Consigned here for a while. Some staff not very helpful, sometimes rude. Several consigned items were never seen on the sales floor by me. When asked where they were located I received an unconcerned response. After a few more visits and inquiries as ro where my possessions where located I asked them to check and see if there were any unclaimed checks for me or if the items may have been sold and a  check cut to the wrong person. Again met with excuses I asked for the owner or manager ro call me. When they finnaly called, (still not sure who called) I was told very rudely that my things had been there too long anyway and to come and get them or they would be given away! Nasty!!! I was in shock, I had been more than patient with these people, if they could have shown me where my possessions were in their store in the first place, I would have gladly picked them up and donated them. I now have some high end furniture and rugs to consign but I wouldn't trust this place again if it was the only one in Texas!!!

For the prices they charge, one might as well go by brand new furniture. Not the friendliest employees, either.
