They were extremely prompt and professional! They had a ton of different couches to choose from and they were in great condition! They were in and out in 15 minutes. Lucas was able to help me out with any questions I had and he was super kind! I would definitely recommend them to others and would purchase from them again.

Great company, great experience! Went looking for something lightly used, and not too pricy. Got was we were looking for! Went in saw their selection picked the couch we wanted and it was delivered less than 24hrs later! Will definitely be using them again. Quick, fast friendly service and very mindful of not damaging any property while delivering. A++

100% recommend Couch Cycled, the communication is amazing! They are very efficient. I reached out to Chase through FB market & responses were quick, went in person to the Plano store to check out the couch & Collin rang me up right away, got the couch delivered the next morning & they set it up in a matter of 5 min.

I have been looking for someone to pick up my 3P. Sectional which is heavy but I wanted to donate it or give it away. I was calling and shopping around, with no success when I did find a place they was giving me the runaround. So when I came across Couch Cycled by accident and i'm happy I did. Not only was there, customer service over the phone absolutely great. Also in person, their customer service It was great, I had the pleasure of meeting Chase and ariel, who provided me with great customer service you don't get often these days. I want to personally Thank You for taking the time to stop by to Pick up the furniture, I wanted to donate.
