I visited Restore while visiting Victoria Tx and I met a kind man named James! Not only was he nice, he was very helpful! He made my day. It seems to me that he loves working for Restore. How refreshing!

Great store with a wide variety of sele tions for resale items. Good pricing on donated goods and always fun to go in finding random things.

Love going to see what's coming in. There's always stuff to look through. Always see new appliances and new furniture. And of course, cool used items

I nearly always find something I didn't know I needed, and it's always affordable. They take donations too.

There is plenty of cool second-hand stuff i bought a nice couch from then pretty good condition. I prefer them over goodwill.

Found a beautiful TV armoire.  Put all of my small appliances in there.bought some area rugs. Comic books

This is one of my favorite places to thrift! I went last week to find vases for my son's reception and left there with 20 vases that didn't break my budget.

Absolutely great place to shop and support the local community. Great prices are everywhere.

Always great little deals if you look hard. Most is close to retail though.

Friendly helpful people and lots of new scratch and dent appliances. I bought a freezer here and didn't lift a finger to load it. They did it all! A great place to save a few dollars while helping a great cause!

Lots of grapevines sometimes a bit too pricey but then there are things that you find that are reasonably priced and good finds

Customer service is great, a little heavy on the prices, but great place to find what you need.

I love this place and the staff is great.   We talk to the manager James like we have known him for years.  And staff are always helpful and friendly.  We are there 3 to 5 times a month.  Go to browse and usually buy. They have great prices on most items.  Yes I have seen items that might be pricey for a thrift store, but was actually worth way more And it's for a wonderful cause.

Super place where you find super deals on used and new items that you can never find at other places, really a super bargain and you can donate things you have no more use for. Try it u will like.

The pillowtop mattresses are comfortable for my kids bedrooms. They enjoy the bed and I enjoyed the price!

I’d been to Habitat Restores before in other cities, but this was my first visit to the one here in Victoria.  Great place to find almost anything for the home.  I went there looking for area rugs and found exactly what I needed. Then did some research online & found a smaller version of the same rug to match.  Staff was extremely helpful.  Would definitely recommend.

Went in this morning for the first time ever. James was a HUGE help and everyone had a great friendly attitude. Found an amazing Vintage hutch for an amazing price. Will definitely be going by again when I'm back in town.

I love shoping there. Ruby and her employees are always very friendly, saying hello to everyone who enters their doors. Sometimes I'll shop a little longer just to listen to the staffs interactions with customers, they are so friendly and helpful.
I hope Ruby and her selection of employees stays forever.

love this place...inventory changes from day to day and lots of things for older homes that you can't find anywhere else..

Decent little thrift store but my memory says it used to be better.

The one in Victoria is the best. Lots of good bargains.

They have a somewhat large selection, from couches to ladies jewelry.   I saw several rather old wood pieces, such as a buffet and a china hutch.   Some of the newer pieces were higher in price , I was surprised.

First and most important this place helps others so that alone makes this a good store. I stop in Restores whenever I can. You never know what they will have, and I have brought stuff and dropped off also.  This is in my opinion a very good charity.

Friendly staff. Good way to help out the community projects and they usually have a wide range of items from dining tables to construction materials and much more.

Great! They have a little bit of everything- including a full rack of comics and posters. Pretty cool. Also a lot of furniture and home stuff, electrical and lighting etc. Prices are average, staff is friendly and inclusive.

Always some unusual finds at affordable prices. Things you wouldn't expect to find, like books, comics, albums. Used comfortable furniture

Everything is overpriced.  If you are making a purchase for a new washer and dryer, please be sure to check lowes or Best Buy . Price will be very close minus a warranty.  Lots of odds and ends if you are looking for some vintage .

Not the most stocked HH I have seen and their prices were pretty high for a resale shop..

not like i thot it b...i thot it b more construction like items ...there was more 4 n d house stuff....real nice n clean.....sumtimes I go 2 d $1 store n don't find wut m lookn 4 either.....✌️♥️🤘

I think their prices are a little high for things being give to them. I dont think they should give them away but their prices on some things r higher then Walmart and Home depot

Prices are way too high on most items and for a few cents to a couple dollars more you can buy them brand new from a major retailer but it does support a good cause

The prices are out of control, if you thought goodwill was bad just come check this place out. Old and I mean old dated dining sets for $425! Used sinks for $45 and used toilets for $40. Who is their right mind if in charge of pricing here? Also I did ended up buying only one item and the loading guys were so lazy, I stated to them I would like it to be loaded sideways and they just put it up the truck and left!

To much trash .I've been going for a long time now there is things that needed to be thrown away since they have opened. I didn't want the job good luck thank you all

We have a real nice leather sofa and love seat that we put in our store room after my wife wanted to remodel our living room. Both reclined,and we paid over &1000 dollars for it just a little over five years ago. No tears,rips,or water damage. We wanted to give it to someone who could use it,but could not afford something that nice. I thought that the Renu store would be a great place to give it to,we do not have a way to transport it to the store,so we called them to see if they would pick it up.much to our suppose,we were told that they would pick it up, but they wanted fifty dollars to do it! I thought that they were a non-profit,but I guess I was wrong! We offered to give them something they could make a profit off of,and they want more than that! We called Goodwill,and they were more than happy to come and pick them up! It’s sad that some people are so greedy! I will never do any business with them, and I will let all my friends know how things are done there!

How can this place be advertised as a place to buy materials for your house at lower costs? Everything is expensive. You can get most things at Goodwill or an antique shop or thrift store for a lot less and same condition
They ought to be ashamed. They get it for free. If items were in better condition, the prices would maybe be better. You can't even bargain with them. Terrible!

I would like to know why the prices of donated items are so high, they're doing compare pricing with the.general markets and the prices are way too high. What has changed  it wasn't this way 6 months ago ?
