My husband and I discovered Red Cliffs Consignment store about a month ago and have purchased several pieces.  The quality and prices on items throughout the store are very good.  Jerolyn and Jackie have been patient helpful and friendly.  We will be back for sure!

Owner Jackie is a real class act! The place is always clean with a fresh inventory. I usually always find something great to take home with me.

I bought a very well-made beautiful China Hutch today for under $200. If I had bought one at the new furniture store next door it would not have been made with hardwood and it would have been out of my budget. I'm absolutely thrilled! So many pieces of furniture there that look brand new.

Lisa and her young staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. This store is fantastic, with such beautiful inventory, and fair pricing!

Red Cliffs has been extremely helpful for us.  We had an entire house to furnish and at Red Cliffs we found high quality furnishings at attractive prices.  The best thing about the store however is the quality of the staff.  When we would tell Lisa and Shannon what we were looking for they would typically ask a series of questions to get a good sense of what we might like and then call us when something promising came into the store.  And their taste is flawless.  We could not give a higher recommendation for a consignment store.

If you want that designer look for your house, try shopping at Red Cliffs Consignment.  That's what I did and I found some special pieces that helped create a look I love.  Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices beat the heck out of ebay and etsy.

The problem with this place is too many good things with decent prices. I have bought more things here than what I planned for or originally went in for.

I love this store. This is a very clean consignment shop, everything they carry is in top notch condition and it's always moving so there is always something new. Great place to browse and find some amazing deals. They have a fun pricing system as well, so after so much time the price drops, and then it can keep dropping. The dates for the next drop are listed on the tags, but just remember, you may take a Gamble and wait, but someone else may be willing to pay the current price.

The staff is wonderful and Very friendly they will stop at nothing to help all of the customers.

I bought a small round table that's just perfect for my dining room.  It didn't come with chairs, so for about two months, I checked back with them.  I did find a beautiful set of chairs.  It was a gamble watching the price go down, so one day I just went in and bought them. I'm so happy with my purchase.  The ladies there are so sweet and helpful.

I am delighted with the purchases I have made. A lot of my furnishings have come from here and that pleases me to have my home look so nice without spending a lot. They have many accessories and wall hangings that will please almost any taste. I hope if you read this post you will pay them a visit if you haven't been there. it will be worth your while.

We are furnishing a remodeled home and stop in fairly often.  The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.  The price on items lowers each week for a month so if you are willing to wait and gamble, you can get good deals.

We started working with Lisa and her staff at Red Cliffs Consignment almost 2 years ago. Not only has she sold many things for us but we have purchased several things as well. Lisa is honest, very knowledgeable  and a pleasure to be around. Her interior design ability is top notch and we have consulted with her many times with design questions for our home. In our opinion this is by far the best furniture consignment store in the St. George area.

We love Red Cliffs Consignment and use them regularly to sell and buy great things. Lisa knows her business and takes only quality items,  pricing these barely used treasures well below normal retail. We have furnished our home with many pieces from Red Cliffs, and get such a kick out of having almost new at fabulous prices.

Lovely, fun alternative to buying new. They stock many beautiful pieces and great accessories. I love to shop here!!

I’ve read old reviews and they compliment the manager, Lisa, on being friendly. Idk what happened in the last couple years but she’s not friendly anymore. Any questions are met with short, snarky answers, especially when she thinks rearranging the store is more important than having a polite conversation with a customer. There are other places in town to shop...I’d suggest visiting them long before dealing with this manager. It’s too bad...I spent over $800 on a sectional and a table last year at this store. This shop is now at the bottom of my list.

SCAMMERS & THIEVES – AVOID THIS PLACE!

We trusted this consignment store with our dining set, and they sold it without ever paying us a dime! It’s been SIX MONTHS, and we have received zero money, zero updates, and zero accountability. No explanation, no notification—just silence while they pocket OUR hard-earned money.

Their staff is beyond rude, living off the backs of honest, hardworking people. This is not a business—it’s a scam operation run by thieves. They don’t just sell furniture; they steal from their own customers.

If you value your money and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY! This place should be shut down!

Unfortunately, shopping at Red Cliffs Consignment was not a pleasant experience.
I love consignment shopping, but the member of the staff that I worked with was abrupt, unhelpful and short tempered.
She actually used an expletive loud enough for me to hear.
I left without purchasing anything.
I won’t go back.

Tried to put something on consignment and was told to text this lady on the card and she was very rude and unwilling to help us!  Will not be going to this store again! I recommend shopping elsewhere!

Brandon, I'm sorry we didn't give you the customer service you deserve. Our two-hour hold tags should have an end-time written on the front--we will strive to do better from now on. Sometimes, the pace of things require us to take short-cuts and cause us to be pulled in many directions. I apologize that we didn't respond appropriately--we will do better in the future.

Went in this afternoon and saw a piece of furniture I liked it had a tag stating it was on a two hour hold. I asked for more information and the manager of the store was incredibly rude and acted as though I was out of line for asking when the hold might be up and what the price would be when it was. Poor customer service!

Peggy, you may have the wrong shop. We don't sell clothing at Red Cliffs Consignment--just furniture and accessories.

I brout in designer jackets that were very expensive and the young woman told me they didn't have room for them. They need an adult in that position who knows clothing. They said my items were clean and in good shape.

Definitely one of the worst consignment stores I've ever been in and dealt with I put in a very nice couch that was worth well over two grand in immaculate condition with no flaws and it came back to me with SC and a line sketched into that leather almost looking like it was done with a nail.  It is very noticeable and I am very disappointed because now it is trash! Thanks

I purchased a couch that didn't fit my house. I tried to return it and was told that all sales were final, as clearly marked on my paperwork. I reminded the manager that I bought the couch over the phone with a credit card, and I had no paperwork.  She said the policy was also in the paperwork that I received when the couch was delivered. I reminded her that I was out of town and that I and my help had received no paperwork. She refused to undo the deal. She offered to resale the couch at a lower price in about 6 weeks, but she would charge me about 40% of the lower sales price. This arrangement would allow her to make a profit twice on the couch!  At the end of the day, her lack of paperwork and not telling me of her restrictive policy will cost me about $1,200. Somehow, she has projected that it is my fault for doing business with her and her company. Don't do business with them!  Go next door to the Blvd, where they have a 30-day return policy!!!
