Beautiful store 😍  pleasant buying and selling here.

This 3-in-1 shop is an incredible mix of consignment, resale, and hand-picked goods. Between the 3 shops you'll find Housewares, vintage, and designer. One of the shops gives Pottery Barn vibes, the other is a high-class designer and vintage clothing shop, and the 3rd is a very eclectic and beautifully styled home consignment. Be prepared to spend some serious money if you're not just window shopping. St. George is very lucky!

Fun shop! We went for the records but ended up walking out with some candles and vintage style toys. Worth a visit, especially if you like unique items for your home decor.

New fav shop when we come to St. George every year!  Has a cool Anthropologie vintage feel. Found quite a few good finds and will be back!!!

Such a cool and unique place, filled with one-of-a-kind home decor, records, posters, and more! We weren’t in the market to shop, we just went in to browse and we weren’t disappointed.

Absolutely adore this place whenever I’m in St. George, I never walk out empty handed. They have furniture, decor, and cute little trinkets on one side. Then, a slew of vintage and somehow updated clothing every month or so right through an archway. Everyone who works here is super fun, and also very helpful when asking for help.

I have to say this place is dangerous, but I’ve found pieces here that I keep wearing for years, and can’t seem to let go of. Highly recommend :)

Located in St George. This place is so fun.  Vintage clothes, decors, and upscale furniture.  Several different rooms, fun to explore.  I would recommend making a stop here!

First time in! What a cool store! They have new and consigned items. Will definitely be back.

If you have never been in, this is a must stop. Wander around and find vintage style toys charming decor and wonderful antiques. The staff has always been so sweet. The charming atmosphere allows you to wonder at your own speed and enjoy something new and old around every corner.

cool store with a really good selection of pretty much everything. I've taken some great pictures in here and bought some good stuff. I am sad they got rid of the poster area. that was literally the 2nd coolest part of the store.

Darling and unique store! The furniture prices are super reasonable. I love the vintage vibe. Great prints low cost. Every worker was extremely kind.

Had a fun adventure in these 3 stores shopping for little gifts to take home. Ended up with some seasoning herbs and a few adorable kids books for gifts to take home.

There a was a lot of amazing finds that were unfortunately to big to drive home with me.

I love the layout of the store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I could spend a day in each section of the store because there's so many things to choose from. I was only visiting so I didn't get to spend as much time as I would like. But I will go back again when I return

I love everything about this place. Unique finds in a super eclectic space. Reasonable prices and really friendly staff.  Wonderful vibe - it's an experience.

There is a lot going on inside this place. Having seen it from outside everyday for years, I did not expect the interior to be as large as it is. There are a lot of items to choose from and at first glance I didn't see any that really appealed to me, ad most of it seemed to be Boho or Tuscan or something closely related and equally awful, but as I perused the store I saw quite a few items that I really liked. I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners and he was a pretty nice guy, which is nice because I don't like to support businesses that are run by a**h****. No matter what your tastes are (mine tend to lean toward the Gothic and baroque) there is bound to be something at Urban Renewal that you're going to like.

What FUN! Three stores in one; full of merchandise that is unique, interesting and the “gotta have” kind of thing that begs to be taken home. From eclectic furniture, decor and wall art to high end lightly used attire and accessories, Urban Renewal in St. George, Utah is a delight to visit and hard to leave empty handed.

I've been going here for years and have always been able to find new, interesting, and unique pieces. The staff is always friendly and the space is clean but beautifully cluttered with knick-knacks, custom furniture, antique items, and vintage clothing that is out of this world. Whether you are visiting St. George for the weekend or a longtime local, Urban Renewal always has great finds and great times.

Urban renewal is one of my favorite places to shop.   There is something for everyone and I truly mean that, it's a real experience. It takes more than one day to see the store itself and what's in it. From teacups two T-shirts and so much more.

We have been multiple times and each time the staff is helpful, friendly and not over aggressive. We don't like to be pushed or feel like we have a bunch of used car salesmen around us. They definitely do but treat you this way.

We went here looking for a photo shoot outfit, and left with a few more finds including wall art pieces for my new brokerage, books to gift, a vintage trunk, and fabulous accessories. A consignment shoppers delight, this place is a must-go for space creators and vintage souls.

Love this place! Unusual and funky! Decorating items, vintage items, vintage clothing and fun bags of trinkets! I got a really cool old postcard with some 1960 white enamel earrings for $10. I come here whenever I come to town. Oh and the books!!!! So many!!!

This is my very favorite store! I drive 2 hours from Vegas just to treat myself here. If you love home decor, pretty spaces, clothes, and all things vintage, SHOP HERE. You won't regret it (except your wallet will lose a lot of weight here 😂).

I love stopping here when I’m in town-I always find such great clothing. There’s so much to see and explore and it’s always a great experience. Abby is one of the nicest sales associates I’ve ever met-she was incredibly helpful and kind and made the shopping trip even more fun. Can’t wait to come back!

My daughter got a record player for Christmas and we heard they had a great record collection. We had fun searching through all the records. Somehow we only went in for records, but I also came out with a coffee table! I loved browsing through the store! Such unique and amazing antiques. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Great store for your eclectic home decor needs. Amazing staff very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want unique one of kind things this is definitely the place to go. Definitely one of the nicer decor stores in Saint George. If you reside here or just visiting and love interior design then this is the Store for you.

A must-visit every time I come to town. I almost always have great luck with their selection of clothes, and the displays are amazing. You can feel the love and care put into every inch of the store.

The workers there were super friendly.  I love the fact that every section in the store was themed. I bought a really nice necklace. My daughter bought a record.

You will truly love this shop.

There’s always something new, even if it’s just a vignette refresh it’s always really fun to see they have done, how they mix vintage items and new and it always looks effortless.

Such cute shops! I really enjoyed a lazy Sunday looking around shopping. I ended up buying a couch and they will deliver to Phoenix. Exciting!! The vintage clothing and unique furniture makes this place special.

Honestly, one of my favorite places to shop! I absolutely love how they decorate with, and display, their merchandise. It's truly inspiring. I want to take it all home! The staff is wonderful and so helpful. They always seem to be in a great mood. Well, I would be too if I were lucky enough to work in that wonderful store.

Over the years I have introduced many of my friends to the store and they love it. We live in the Moapa Valley so some people were not familiar. The best thing is when someone I know discovers the store and tells me about it and how much I'd love it. I always laugh and say "I've been shopping there for years! Come to my house and I'll point out all my many, many... MANY, treasures I've collected from them over the years! "
I hope to be shopping there until I'm very, very old!

This place has an amazing collection of vintage and modern. The aesthetic of the store is laid out perfectly. And we love to shop there and find hidden treasures.

Such a fun store. So many great ideas, very organized, I spend so much money every time I go because they always have the greatest finds! I feel like there prices have gone up just a little bit so I hope that doesn't continue but It is a must do thing if you are in St George!

One of my favorite places to stop in St. George. They have to the cutest set ups a fun record player corner, vintage clothes sections and other nifty areas. The customer service is awesome, very welcoming and informative. Highly recommend stopping by!

Great local store with one of a kind items. If your looking for vintage/rustic with a twist of modern, they should have you covered! The displays they have are eye catching and showcase many different items. I would love for The men’s section to have a little more in it along with some different styles. This place is certainly one of the unique ones of Saint George, and a staple of the downtown vibe.

It was an amazing place, well decorated and organized.  There were so many things to look at, it was I overwhelming for me to absorb it all.  The decorators were amazing. I prefer more minimalistic furnishings.  I highly recommend checking this place out.

People are friendly and it really is a really cute store. They did a great job on the layout!  But it's to expensive for what it is. My jaw kept dropping. Maybe it's just me tho. I'm just used to paying less for vintage  furniture and decor.  So for me I think I'll still to the stores I already go to. They really do have cute stuff! I was disappointed in the prices. I would have had no problem spending 100-200 $ in there but not that much for only a couple items

I know inflation is real and Urban Renewal isn’t immune, but their prices have spiked beyond what seems reasonable. There was also a young lady working in the clothing consignment portion of the store who was quite rude and when I asked if she knew anything about sizes she snapped in an annoyed tone “I don’t know” it completely left me taken back. With the combined dissatisfactions I won’t be back.

Be careful buying clothes here. Everything is final sale - but it doesn't say that on the receipt.

Bought a wool pleated skirt with a plaid pattern for a gift. Went to wrap it and it was moth eaten in so many places! Completely unrepairable. I took the skirt, tags attached with the receipt to see about a refund. The first employee I spoke with told me "well it's your job to catch anything. It's final sale and if it was me I would have caught this". I said it's not DI and it was not cheap, and she snarkily told me "it is a good deal because this skirt is older than me." FR. Heads up, I guess it's your job to make sure you're not buying a $50 dollar moth eaten skirt that has a pattern so it's hard to see at first. I did end up speaking with someone else who was able to give me store credit, which is better than nothing.

I want to shop local and this store is beautifully put together, but the customer service and exchanges aren't something they are good at.

Didn’t really get to have a good experience here.
The store itself is very cool and they have a lot of neat things there. Nonetheless, the whole time I was there an employee was following me the entire time. No matter what corner of the store I went to some lady was a couple feet behind me breathing down my neck the entire time. Not sure what she was trying to accomplish there but it was unnecessary. Made my whole time there highly uncomfortable. Don’t think i’ll be coming back for a while.

Very disappointed with the young service clerk that “helped” me checkout with a $200 purchase tonight. She was very passive aggressive and not kind at all. If I didn’t love the item I purchased so much I wouldn’t have given them my time of day. As a stg local and one who’s been coming to Urban Renewal since it was just in the small section of the building I’m disappointed in their prices and the atmosphere of their clothing section. Not the local service it used to be. Definitely don’t recommend coming here anymore. As for my beautiful overpriced coat I love it! Can’t wait to wear it to NYC!

Heartbroken Local Experience

I had been checking in on this dress in the window for months. I was told there was a waitlist and put my name on it twice. I checked in weekly on this dress asking when it would come out of the window, and making sure my name was on the list. Never rude, just checking in and raving over this dress. Well, I went in today and the dress was out of the window. I assumed it had already been sold (which that’s okay there were people on the waitlist before me) and I asked the associate about it. She said that it had been so sun damaged that they got rid of it. I asked if they still had it and the young associate was really kind and was checking for me which I appreciate. I had first asked about this dress 3 months ago. I checked in on it weekly and made it very clear I would have paid any price. It’s frustrating that instead of allowing those who had been put on a waitlist the option of still getting the dress (sun bleached or not) it was just taken out and discarded without any respect to the locals who had been so captivated by it. Additionally heartbreaking that they decided to keep this vintage dress in the window for 3-4 months to be damaged instead of allowing it to be sold and valued. It’s hard to see stores like this that don’t value vintage items and instead rack up the prices and damage their pieces that mean a lot to others.

I just wish I would have been called, sunbleached or not.

I only looked at the clothes, purses and shoes… now although they have cute products, I feel like it’s a little too pricey considering the fact that although products are in good condition, most are technically used so you shouldn’t really be selling them for just about the price they were when brand new in terms of clothes and some purses or shoes. Also, I feel like the ladies are a bit judgmental and focus on only certain customers. That part doesn’t bother me though because I won’t be returning anyways.

My friend moved out of the state and had items in your store. You were not willing to work with her on mailing her commission checks. She  called me up and asked if I would go and pick up the checks for her. I did, and the gal who was helping me insisted that there was only 1 check. I tried calling my friend to verify whether or not, there was one check or two checks since they had two different answers. Unfortunately, there was another check that was issued to her but because of the length of time, the check had expired and they needed to issue another check. They told her that it would be ready to be picked up After the 15th of the month. She pleaded with them that she would pay for the postage stamp and the envelope if they would mail that off to her and again they were unwilling. So my friend called me again and asked if I would go in there to pick up the check. I did, I even waited a couple weeks past when it was supposed to be there, and they still hadn’t issue the check. They wanted me to come back a third time. This time I was able to get a hold of my friend, and between the two of us, they finally said that they would make any exception and mail off the check to her. By the time I left there, I was so upset and told them, that I would never shop in there and I would leave a bad review. I can understand why they prefer having people come in to pick up their checks, but in this situation, her being out of the state did not make this possible. Whatever happened to pleasing the customer!!!!👎👎👎
