I walked into CORT Alexandria, and was greeted by the warmest welcome by Corinth. She along with Jessica, was so helpful!! They both helped me find what I was looking for. They also made sure the items I selected were delivered to me at my earliest convenience. Jessica also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure the delivery was smooth. I've had multiple good experiences with Cort. The salespeople are there if you need them, but not breathing down your neck. If you're looking for a specific item, they're very helpful and the prices are VERY competitive. I forgot to bring a tape measure and one of the folks there reached into a drawer and slapped one in my palm. What's NOT to like????

I would like to tell you about a wonderful experience that I had at Cort furniture rental. I had the pleasure to work with the manager, Corinth Harryson and Ari. They were very professional, thorough, listened intentavly , very kind and went over and above to meet my needs. They have excellent customer service skills and I feel that they were such a blessing in my life today. If you’re looking for any furniture or help in the rentals space, you won’t find a better place than CortRental!

Really impressed with this store. I purchased a new office chair and a used side/desk chair. Good selection of commercial grade office chairs and furniture. Able to try the Aeron and Sayl chairs without the pressure of a Herman Miller showroom. They only had new available of the Aeron and several used Sayls. I would definitely look around to get the best selection. The chairs of the same style/brand are all the same used price, regardless of condition. If you find something you like, look for the best version, that’s how I found the new one that I purchased. I would definitely not buy online as the condition of items was very mixed. Great prices on office chairs that are a step above what you would find at Office Depot (and even online) ~$200-500+ for a good used office chair, mine was $370 new. Keep in mind these are chairs that retail for $500-$1000+. They had some cheaper options, but not really in good condition. 14 day return policy, 90 day warranty on used and 1 year warranty on new items. They get new items weekly.

I went in to check out their show room. I was greeted by Jessica. She gave World class customer service. She’s very knowledgeable of the inventory of her store. This CORT location is top tier in their professionalism. I would come back at this location for future purchases.
