I really like this store. They have many pre-owned beautiful items (furniture and art/décor) that are offered at much lower prices than which they were originally purchased. I don't expect the salespeople to be experts on all the furniture they sell because they are not the manufacturers of the furniture.

Hi Tom, We offer a mix of styles as well as different price points - meaning affordable to luxury furnishings. Our pricing approach is fraction of the original retail price, in other words 10% to 40% of what the consignors paid. As a result, we feature dining tables with retail prices in the range of $15,000 to $25,000 sold through Washington Design Center or design professionals that we sell in the range of $1,500 to $5,000 as well as affordable mid-range priced furniture from Restoration Hardware, Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Random Harvest - just to name a few. Again, our aim is to offer a mix of inventory of pre-owned in stellar condition. We are a destination location serving clientele seeking extraordinary value for luxury items without design professional price tags.

The store staff isn't knowledgeable about items they sell. I purchased a solid wood dresser. The store management didn't know what wood species were used. A person by name Kim sent me a link to the manufacturing website where I read that maple, cherry, or walnut is used to produce this kind of dressers. The store wouldn't let me take the dresser home because the store policy that heavy items must be delivered by a third party. I bought it June 12th, 2021 and after going back and forth about delivery date the email came in saying that the delivery will be made June 30th. I offered an option of me hiring professionals to delivery the piece, the store declined my offer. I will never buy anything from them.

Your account of details are grossly inaccurate, and more important you neglected to note delays were caused by you and non acceptance of offered delivery dates. We made every attempt to provide excellent service by waiving store policy and accommodating your requests ranging from discounts to logistics demands.

In addition to the luxury pieces, we strive to provide a mix of affordable and recognized manufacturers such as Ethan Allen, Restoration Hardware, Arhaus - are just a few included in a full range of hundreds of other mid-range manufacturers. We have over 5,000 square feet of inventory and over several hundreds of furniture manufacturers represented in our inventory.
