Great deals, great volunteers. The prices are more than fair and the volunteers strongly care about raising money for the hospital, and are friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. There's a great selection clothes in good to new condition. One suggestion: I bought two t-shirts and realized the tag gun tore noticable holes in both of them after I got home. Perhaps using a gun with a smaller needle, or tagging at a seam would avoid this. I was able to sew the holes, but it's a shame they were damaged by the store's pricing processes.

I've been to most of the thrift stores in the area. This one is the best of the bunch. Not only is the quality of the goods better than most, but the prices are often better than what you would find at Goodwill or Prime Thrift. The store itself is also welcoming and well maintained.

One of my favorite thrift stores. I visit The Twig every time I am in Alexandria and I never fail to find at least one treasure. The merchandise is high quality and everything is well curated. The shop itself is always clean and neat. The wonderful staff are friendly and I always feel welcome at The Twig.
