I had the unfortunate experience of hiring these people to refinish an oak table, its leaves, and 4 bow-back chairs. I was quoted a price which doubled when I came to pick up the finished pieces. I was belittled by the owner who said he'd quoted a price for a different shape chair. He also bragged that his finish was the toughest available. I had to return the table top because it wasn't completely covered with this "miracle" finish. And, only a few years later, the finish on my table top is unevenly wearing. One of my chairs has worn unevenly. I'm beyond frustrated. I'll be refinishing it all myself this summer. Total waste of money. Don't waste yours!
