We recently moved to Alexandria and found Furnica on FB. Julio responded right away and was able to deliver our new couch the next day. We loved this couch so much that we bought another one for upstairs. Julio helped ensure the couch would fit up the stairs, and tried relentlessly three different ways to get the couch upstairs until it finally worked. I appreciated his willingness to make it work! We love our couches and would highly recommend.

Very happy with this purchase! Javier was very kind, patient, and professional, and I really appreciated his willingness to deliver. The couch itself is great, and he showed me the different features it has for easy cleaning. Appreciated his willingness to let us see it and test it out before purchasing to make sure we loved it, and for hanging on to it for a couple weeks until we moved.

Awesome experience purchasing a used couch, our family absolutely loves it! I was skeptical at first, seemed too good to be true and easy. I was interested in 3 couches and asked to meet at the warehouse so I could view and test them out, when I arrived he had them set up for me to view and was patient with me as I am indecisive. We re measured the dimensions to make sure it was accurate online and they were actually a few inches less. Which is ok because I actually added 2 inches to the posted dimensions making it an even better fit for my space. He helped me load it up in my truck and strapped it down. I used the lease to loan option which was also easy peazy with a small down payment. If you’re looking for an affordable used or new couch this is an awesome spot!

Great, great experience. Alex was really helpful. I was really nervous about buying a couch site unseen so he let me come out to their warehouse and try it out before buying. Then he delivered it immediately after I bought it (got it the same day). I even had a tricky elevator and he helped get it in my apartment. Overall a great experience. I love my sofa (and chair). Plus it is in such great condition and he explained how to care for it as well. Thank you Alex!!

I recently purchased a refurbished couch and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Alex and Javier were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and providing excellent customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Furnica. Alex was communicative and reached out to schedule my delivery immediately after I purchased my couch. My delivery window was 12-1 and they showed up promptly at 12:15. I was nervous about the couch getting wet in the rain, but it came shrink wrapped and got into the building safely. Our delivery driver helped us take all 3 pieces of our couch inside and up to the 9th floor easily. The couch is in perfect condition and we are so pleased with our experience!

Alex was so nice and helpful. Sectional was super easy to assemble and is very comfortable.
