Blue Box Auction Gallery is great!  I am an eBay reseller and I need to rely on accurate descriptions for the items I buy.  Blue Box Auctions does a great job of describing their auction items and accurately states their condition.  This is very important for collectibles and antiques as the condition of the items is very important to both the potential buyer and the reseller. And, the employees are very nice and profession.  They quickly respond to inquiries and are very helpful with shipping.  I have had nothing but the best experiences with Blue Box Auctions.

I didn't want anyone just selling it that didn't appreciate what they were dealing with but they handled EVERYTHING. Though they're less than 1 year on the block, it's well staffed and orchestrated. I'll have updates soon ,as I conduct business here for a while.

When shipping, we take great care to protect the items to arrive in good condition.  Sometimes this means the box is larger than one may expect.  We know your items arrived well, without issue.  We strongly suggested against using your own labels because all shipping details are out of our control, as was the case here, unfortunately.  

Regarding  their shipping , It was a mess !  They didn't cut the boxes down to fit tightly as I requested, then emailed me that they did and told me the wrong dimensions and now I have to pay extra shipping charges as well as a penalty to UPS because the shipping labels i sent were incorrect causing me to lose my business discount. All in all the additional charges amounted to $130 !! I have asked for some reimbursement due to their not doing what they said they would, or did do. I'm waiting for an answer...Also, I wish I was informed that bank transfer would be necessary for payment of items over $500 at registration.
All in all, what should have been a fun, simple auction experience turned out to be anything but ...

Called two days ago I  was told I would receive a call back , no one ever called .  If this is how there business is run dont want them to handle anything for me  or the things I have to sell!

I recently bid on a Guitar from this outfit that arrived a few days ago.  The guitar's condition was NOTHING like the description.  There were 11 missing pick guard screws, the electronics (pickups and dials) were all lose, the strap beg was all bent and can not be used.  Now, there were 4-5 pictures provided but none of these items were visible.  You could only see these if you were holding it in your hand.  Here comes the worst part... Because I wrote a bad review on Live Auctioneers, they have refused to rectify the situation.  Not only am I out the 475.00, but I paid 130 in shipping costs.  I hurt their feelings so they are now ignoring me.  This is clear FRAUD on their part.  They Misrepresented the condition and unloaded it on me.  Please beware of this company.  Plus their customer service and management is unwilling to take the guitar back, so I am left with having to write this bad review.  I am completely disappointed in them, but anyone who had this guitar in their hands to take the pictures, could tell this guitar wasnt worth a dollar let alone 475.00

As you mentioned, there was a rare software glitch, a clerking error, beyond our control. When you reached out, we requested a phone call to discuss and help remedy the situation, but you refused. That would have been helpful to explain things more clearly than misinterpreted email messages. Your refund is the least we could do given the circumstances. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.

I suggest if you win an item online you immediately call or message to ensure there wasnt a "clerk error." I won an item. 8 hours later, long after the auction ended, a bid was entered as a floor bidder "from another platform" to win the item. I was told it was clerk error, and that if the other bidder fails to pay, ill be given the option to purchase. After further email exchange I was then told it had a reserve that was not met. I asked if the item would be at a future auction then since the reserve wasn't met. Then suddenly in the next email the other bidder met the reserve that just happened be the next $5 increment, which they supposedly failed to inform me of. THEN after pointing out the reserve discrepency, they backtracked and said they were confused on the item and it didnt have a reserve. So after winning an item at 2pm, having it sold out from under me at 10pm, and then having the story change a number of times. I can safely say I won't be watching again.
Now for the singular plus I can end my review with, after all of the back and forth I wasn't real confident I'd be getting a refund for another item I did actually win later on. Thing was both items were similar and I wanted them as a group. They didn't have to issue a refund either, as the item was mine and it was my responsibility. They did issue a refund for it without hassle. But it definitely did not make up for the headache and disappointment in losing the other items.

Auction houses are mutually aligned and also have a fiduciary responsibility with seller clients to achieve the best results available for the assets being sold.  The auction business typically uses a commission structure for seller clients. With this in mind, your complaint is perplexing and inaccurate. 

Our auctions are live online, worldwide, and fully transparent to reveal the market value of the items at that time.  

Unfortunately, there are occasions where sellers have an emotion connection or some other unrealistic expectation of the items being sold and it’s difficult to meet these unfeasible expectations.  

It was bad experience, we give them very expensive stuff to sell, they sold them almost for free without caring how expensive are the items. The only thing they care about was their commission.

Nehal, looks like we missed the mark.  Sorry about that.   Being new to auctions may have a little learning curve and we'd love to have a chance to show you what we really can do together.   :)

For my first experience in an auction. I was not very happy with the outcome.  I would not recommend using them.

*Update: Your online portal told me that I won the option, but you ended up giving it to somebody else. Still trying to understand the learning curve since this is my first time using your service for auctions.
