While visiting Navy family Norfolk, VA, my wife and I stopped by this antique shop we had seen the day before, going out to dinner. We were immediately impressed by both the quality of the antiques and the open uncluttered displays in the shop. I was particularly pleased to acquire a brass fireplace fender for a set of nineteenth century French brass griffin andirons I had acquired some time ago. It is so refreshing to go "Antiquing" at a shop like this versus the many garage/estate sale packed to the gills shops we see around the country.

Every time I come in here I leave with something. I love the atmosphere and the owner and employees. It’s the best shop in tidewater not like some of the other, smelly, overfilled ones in town.

This is one of my favorite antique stores to stop and visit when in the area for anything else. The items inside are beautiful, elegant, and classic. Tons of French styled antique furniture can be found inside and the items are stunning both in style and quality. I've always been greeted warmly and left to browse on my own until or if I find something I need help with. It's larger than it first appears with a large room in the back with even more furniture and two smaller rooms on the right and left as you walk through as well as the main front room with all the most beautiful and expensive/rare antiques. I love this shop!

Owner Response

Oh, wow! Thanks!
