My wife and I spent a few hours exploring some of the local antique stores (in Orange) with our two little girls…we fell in love with the store and its owner Gail. We quickly made a new friend and found a piece to hang in the home office. I recommend stopping by if you’re in town. (This was unsolicited - thank you Gail). Zach

Bought two great items. Couldn’t be happier. Two 18th century items. A tavern table and a small stand, both pre revolutionary war. Gail is very friendly and absolutely great to work with. No antique mall has has that much quality early furniture. Great store!
Thank you James, pleasure having you in our showroom this afternoon and delighted the two 18th c items works very well in your home.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Melrose Antiques! The owner, Gail, was extremely knowledgable not only about the pieces in her store, but also in helping select a piece that would go well with pieces already in our home. Excellent experience for people just starting to dabble in antiques, especially if you're looking for larger pieces and furniture. Will definitely return next time we're in the market for something with a beautiful piece of furniture with a rich history.
I am delighted the sideboard worked out perfectly !!! I look forward to seeing you both in our showroom. Gale Danos

Can’t drive through Orange without stopping at Melrose. Very fair prices for the excellent quality and selection! I value knowing I can walk in and see only good quality true antiques on the floor in comparison to so many shops now that have look a likes. Highly recommend to anyone, perfect day outing from DC!!
