I'm Daniel, just stopped by here today to sell an amazing MSI gaming laptop. Received as a gift, it was a great machine but waaay too powerful for my needs. Ended up selling it to Paymore for $1125. MSRP for the laptop was $2800 so this was a great sell and I'm glad to have come here to do business 👍 I'll be honest, I read the reviews of people saying you'd get ripped off and that you'll only get $500 for a high end electronic. Well I'm here to put those statements to rest. As long as your product is in great condition, works and is like new like mine, you'll get a great deal.

Called and ask about PC building questions. Josh was amazing. majority of the computer shops that were at least 15 mile radius from y’all. All of them shrugged me off and wouldn’t give me any information on selling custom PC builds, but Josh was different. He took the time to explain everything to me and not shrug me off. I can tell that all of Josh‘s customers are always well-informed on everything and taken care of at the highest standard. I can also tell that he enjoys his job very much by how he explains everything to you.

I discovered PayMore about a month ago when my son was trying to get rid of an old laptop he no longer used. They gave him a fair price for the machine and were very pleasant to work with. We returned again to trade-in my old laptop and drop off ancient electronics for recycling. We had another very good experience. I appreciate how thorough they are and how upfront they are about the process. Makes for a very easy experience.

This is definitely the place to go if you have  electronics to get some cash. The woman working there, 'V', was kind and professional and knew how to take care of business. Prices offered were fair and the whole process was quick and easy. Ask for V when you go there.

Awesome customer Service both on the phone and in person. Store is well laid out and cool iPad that allows for inventory browsing with prices of all times. Offers are actually reasonable. I’ll be back for sure. I take good care of my stuff and I like reasonable offers.

Came in here looking to sell a fairly niche item (Sony fx6). Remy was super personable from when I walked in and made negotiation transparent and painless. I definitely recommend PAYMORE if you ever need to sell your electronics for cash. I had to sell my iMac for personal reasons. I was received by Marlon, and he made the process so easy for me. Not quite sure where all the 5 star ratings come from. I brought a variety of electronics to try PayMore out. I usually sell stuff on FB marketplace. They where either not interested or offered way less than online buyback places do. I guess most people have no idea what their stuff is worth and are happy to leave the shop with a little cash in their pockets. In my case, I guess, I will still need to sell my stuff myself.

This is something I will personally be addressing with the team to make sure we are setting the proper expectations for the future.  In the past we have purchased TV's, older Xbox's and power tools.  What we have learned is these items are not cost efficient with shipping.  When it comes to older Xbox's, the market has left them behind since the newer Xbox's can play all the older games and they are not the most reliable of consoles anymore and too outdated.  Most power tools hold little value due to the fact that most workers that seek these items out are willing to buy them brand new from a retail store because they come with 1 year manufacturer warranties, which we cannot compete with as a small business.  

We would like to make this up to you, if you will allow us, and offer an extra $10 trade in value on your next visit.  Our general rule for purchases are most electronics that are no older than 5 years old from initial release. If you have questions regarding a specific item we can let you know before you travel if this is an item we would normally purchase. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make this right.

i drove over an hour to come to this store. had good reviews & their website said they buy even damaged electronics or even tools like drills. i brought a TV, multiple drills with extra battery’s, xbox & remote, etc etc. they offered me $0.00 for everything. said nothing had value and wasn’t resealable or they don’t do drills even though it says they do on their website. somewhat friendly guy but a complete waste of time. unimpressed. a pawn shop ended up giving me money for everything they “couldn’t”.

Website is super misleading. They said they take everything on the website (which I thought). They did NOT take my earbuds or any of my games. Keep in mind unless your product is in perfect condition they will offer a horrible price deal or no offer. Keep your product and sell somewhere else!!!!
