I would *highly* recommend The Attic. It was recommended to me by a family member who knew that I was shopping for jewelry for my daughter as a place where I could find nice jewelry at a decent price and had a good/honest reputation. I recently had a sad situation where all of my family heirlooms were stolen, so I was in the market for something special to give as a gift. The staff helped me find the perfect item that both met my daughter's tastes and was similar in nature to what I had originally wanted to pass on to her. The ring I selected was beautiful and there were several options that met what I was looking for at the budget I had in mind. Since this was the first time I've truly been shopping for jewelry, I had a lot of questions, and the on-site jeweler answered all of my questions regarding the type of gem stone I was purchasing and provided detailed explanations on what I was purchasing. I left feeling confident that I had found the perfect ring (and the look on my daughter's face on her 13th birthday was all that I needed to know that she LOVED it, too)! I have since returned and also found a table that I wanted, and again -- friendly, expert service from start to finish. They also were very fast to respond to online messaging when I reached out to inquire about the sorts of items they had in stock (and they then remembered me when I came in the following week). I'll definitely be going back again - whether shopping for myself or for gifts!

My favorite shopping place! I recommend highly for consigning or selling outright! I have been dealing with Billy and the great staff they have for years. I have found Billy to pay the most for merchandise and if he thinks it is in your better interest to consign your treasured items he tells you that. He is in no way pushy, but , will tell you to think about it if in any way you are hesitant. The best consignment store in Richmond to sell and to buy! This place is fantastic! They have a great selection of household decorative items and jewelry. But the best part about the place is the quality of customer service and kind, attentive people. It’s a pleasure to shop here. I check them out many times a week to see what great new items they got in. The workmanship of Billy the jeweler is terrific and he is very helpful to guide you on items you may be considering selling in the store. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. I consign here as well and enjoy great success selling my items. I highly recommend this store!
