Dixon’s Auction company is hands down my favorite! They are a family owned business and are always so kind and extremely accommodating!! From the moment I enter the door until I leave, I feel like part of the family. There was one auction that I had purchased items from and then fell ill and could not pick them up in a timely fashion. The young lady I spoke with, told me to take the time to get better and that they would hold my purchases!! If you’re familiar with auction companies this is ABSOLUTELY not common practice. Also, I recall one pickup when I was so elated with my purchase that I screamed like a little girl. The most wonderful gentleman helping me had such joy in his eyes when he saw my excitement! He even took pictures of me with my new treasure so that I could share with friends right away! Every associate, I’ve ever engaged with has always been nothing but pleasant and because of their amazing customer service, I know I can buy with confidence. Dixin’s auctions gets a solid 5 stars and then some!!!

I have been purchasing lots from Dixon's since July 25, 2012. This is a top notch organization. I've spent over $5,000 since then with Dixon's. Customer service is quick to reply to any inquiry. Items are always thoughtfully packed. My only concern would be about items that could be sent via First Class Mail that are instead sent Priority Mail. I think this is a matter of convenience for Dixon's, but it has a major impact of profitability from my end. Highly recommend!

I’m a first time customer with this auction house, but what a difference!!!! I used to buy Amazon auctions from another company and more often than not, I’d never receive the item I won and paid for (bid, auction fee, taxes, freight charges)—they never made things right. I was having a bank issue with making payment go through and I got complete understanding and GREAT customer service with Dixon’s!—what a difference! They treat you as a customer, not an annoyance! I have had nothing but good experiences with Dixion Auctions thus far. My company has been a buyer for many years. The digital auction business is not easy and when you deal with multiple small items I can see how this can be difficult. Shanleigh has been extremely helpful even when they are super busy she takes the time to speak with us on the phone. She even remembered my voice today, and we have only spoken 2 times over several months. Working with her directly has been the epitome of excellent customer service. She has never given me the impression that I or my girl was anything less than important to her organization. If you don’t have patience move on. Everyone is always in a rush. They are human. They will make multiple mistakes over time but trust me Shanleigh will make it right. Support local businesses and stop complaining that they aren’t eBay or Amazon.

Great experience first time online bidding for approximately 10 to 20 cents on the dollar retail. Our new freezer is HUGE. Thanks to Jason and the team for helping us get it loaded. Well done folks and thanks. You will definitely be seeing us again.
