All kinds of costumes for all kinds of events! From apparel, shoes and accessories which you can either buy or rent for your occasion. The customer service was great, too. i.e. helping you with your selection process and sizing needs.

I came looking for a 1920's Flapper costume, and I wasn't disappointed when I left. I will say that I made a mistake in not getting some of my accessories there but elsewhere; not only were they cheaper here but less time consuming if I just would have purchased them here instead of going elsewhere. Echoes of Time really is a one-stop shop for all your costume needs!

First time here and I was impressed.  Kinda hidden away, but with a large variety of items.  Everything from 70s wear to Hufflepuff cloaks to Sreampunk.
The people there were very helpful, and showed me where I could find things based upon my description.  I didn't rent anything, but the prices seemed reasonable and they seemed flexible about pick up and drop off.

You need it they got it. Isles of different era costumes for rent or sale. They are adult size friendly, not so much kids costumes but we went for a 20s party and they hooked us up. Can't wait to go back for another costume.

The staff is always helpful and accessible and on my most recent visit my son was able to find brilliant costume pieces which fit with his theme and intended result perfectly. I enjoy simply wandering around to see all the wonderful things they have.

Great place to find a period correct costume.  The staff is very knowledgeable & able to provide advice to put together your masterpiece.  They also offer rentals if you do not want to buy the full costume.  You can also find great props & special effects makeup.

Went here almost a month ago to look for some angel wings and the most coolest woman helped me out!! It’s such a lovely place and she showed me around the shop since it was my first time there. Loved the atmosphere!! The two women in the store were super cool and were so kind. I can’t wait to come back again soon!! 😁

This is a costume shop!  This is not a temporary store that sells cheap Halloween outfits.
We were warned from the get-go that some pieces were for rent only, not for sale.  They have everything from 1920's gangster to medieval pirate.  If you're looking for something to wow your friends for a costume party, go here.  We found many ideas for outfits that we did buy as well as some thoughts for new costumes.
Prices are good to excellent.  The staff is friendly and will guide you if you tell them what you are looking for.

I absolutely love the selection,  the creativity,  and the staff at Echoes of Time! We've been customers for years for themed parties, super hero bar crawls, and comicons. We can't wait to create more memories with costumes and vintage clothes from Echoes. If you need help with a costume let the staff help you. They are so creative and artistic!

I stopped in too get some input on a couple of parasols I have.  I can't recall the owner's name.  But she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  The inventory in the store was incredible.  You can tell this is a labor of love.  If I ever dress up for Halloween or have a costume party to attend.  This is definitely the place I would go to.

OMG! Where do I begin. First off this place is amazing! Has everything you could ask for to complete your entire costume! From hair, costume, jewelry and shoes!! Staff is incredibly helpful and courteous.  Kathy helped me put together my entire 70's look! Prices are great! I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Echos of Time for a fantastic experience !

As far as selection goes, this place is awesome. I didn't purchase anything but I enjoyed browsing and would definitely return should I have need for an awesome costume. Some items could certainly use a good dry cleaning but perhaps that is something you're supposed to do on your own

I get my victorian dresses/ any corset dresses here. They are great quality and great prices for the dresses. The staff is so helpfully. They picked out a dress for me that honestly i thought i wouldn't like but i love it. Its my favorite. You can buy or rent they have everything you need shoes, makeup accessories. You'll defiantly find something.

Most authentic vintage clothing I've seen anywhere! You can get anything from the 1940's and up!

This place is magical! Every time I come here I get lost in the huge amount of items and possibilities! They are always restocking and have the best selection of any costume store I have been to. Great service and decent prices on items that you would have to special order online. Great for cosplay or any costume needs even off season. This place is like a dream for anyone who loves dressing up. You could spend hours easily just having a blast.

When I run out of time, I go to Echoes of Time.  They have an impressive selection of retail and rental items from a large cross section of genres.  My friends and I go to a lot of costume parties and themed events.  We are constantly putting together outfits and creating costumes...  When there is something specific and I don't have the time to create my own, I go to Echoes of Time for help.   The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.  It is nice to be able to tell them exactly what I am looking for and have them know what I am talking about.  The stop strives to carry the best quality for the price range.  The only way I would be more happy with the costumes is if I made the myself.

They have everything from theatrical contact lenses to shoes and can literally dress you from head to toe.  They get new items in all the time and I am always excited to see what I will find every time I visit the shop.

Wonderful selection, great prices.  Many actual vintage - unfortunately some of these are rental only but they are open to negotiation.  A plus for some, a con for others, many "commercial" items but most are well made and competitively priced. Perfect place to check if you are doing a local theatre production!

The attendants were knowledgeable and fun. There was a nice variety, but it was a lil tight in there. They could have more big and tall selections as well.

It's a nice store full of great costumes and other items. Staff was friendly both times we went in and the place is as clean as it's going to get I guess. Great selection but saw a dress I wanted and sadly not in my size. Other than that it's a nice place to venture around in when you want to rent or buy a costume or even something to wear all the time like some of the vintage dresses. Would like to see more kid selections.

Prices are inconsistent on identical items and the customer service from the old jew who owns it leaves something to be desired. 5 holes in my brand new item 👍

I started coming here a few years ago when it was recommended by a friend. My grandmother and I are just now leaving the store and this rating is because of how a staff member spoke to me. I came in looking for robes/kimonos and was asking about one particular kimono I was interested in. I asked an older woman working in the back, Cathy, if it was also marked at the rental rate of $25, because I couldn't see a tag, and she snapped at me "Whatever the rental price is!" Come to find out, it wasn't even supposed to be in that section because it's real and out of my price range. I left shortly after. I've never had an issue with the staff until today. My Grandma's first time here. Glad she didn't ask Cathy any questions!!!

Wouldn’t bother and look at the other one star reviews. that’s how our experience was including the grey haired lady talking bad about all the customers including us for just trying on stuff we want to rent or buy. Seems like she’s bad for the business reputation.
Edit: See how the owner is avoiding the fact the so many people have had problems with the customer service but won’t acknowledge it. I understand you care but if you don’t train your employees to care it’s really pointless to try. You don’t bother to fix the real problem and that’s your workers not you ma’am. I wish ur business luck the stuff is cute but not worth going in there to get joked about looking broke or to fat to fit in the costume. Disgusting service and management

Sorry but we do have 4 signs before you enter the store that bags are to be locked up. And our vintage is back in a room all to itself. Sorry if you were offended by our rules but the rule applies to EVERYONE. 

Went into this place looking for real vintage clothes and it's actually just a tacky costume store like "party city" or something. I was wearing a  small purse which is only big enough to hold my phone wallet and keys and the woman at the counter immediately gets all aggro and nasty talking about how no "bags" are all allowed in the store. (This was my very first time going in there) which is all fine. But there is a way to talk to people, and that's not the way.  People carry purses, there's no need to talk to people like criminals immediately. You can have your tacky halloween costumes...

There are 4 different sign’s before you enter the store to lock up your bag. I Have have tons of African American customers who abide by the store rules. If you don’t like the rules then that’s your choice but I am very offended that you choose to pull the race card. Store policy has nothing to do with skin color. You are still welcome welcome back as long as you lock up your bag.God bless 

Here I sit at 57 years old thinking that racism that my ancestors and grandparents had to deal with has ceased! But today I stand corrected I see that it is still very much in play! The treatment that my sister-in-law and I just witnessed or went through at your establishment was uncalled for. I had shopped in your store just two days ago I realized that day that maybe it was just you were tired but I see now it was not the fact that you were tired you just do not like to deal with people that look like me! Not to worry you do not have to worry about having my business at your establishment any longer and if I have to spread the news to people that look like me to not do business with you I will do just that! When I was in there a few days ago and I was picking out the items that my sister-in-law and I would need for an event that we are going to tonight I had my little purse with me. I told you that I would be back today with my sister-in-law because I was so excited to the fact that you had everything that we were looking for. Now upon our entrance today you say you need my purse to put in a locker because you have had a lot of theft what could I possibly put into a purse that is big enough to hold a set of keys?! And on top of that it was not what you said to us it was how you said it! But like I said you no longer have to deal with any of my business or business from people that look like me.!Have a great day!

Sorry you feel that way but we are not your play time. We are there to provide a service when you are going to an event. Also due to Covid we do not thinks it’s best. No one was rude to you but asking if needed help finding something for your event.BUT THERE WAS NO EVENT. WE also had to sanitize everything your group tried on for fun. Maybe you should be more considerate of our workers. 6 or 7 people trying on things for fun is not.

The place has a pretty good catalog of clothes and costumes. But, it kinda ruins the whole visit and experience of the store when you have a worker telling you that you “can’t try on the costumes for fun” which defeats the purpose of being a local costume store.

Horrible customer service and horrible prices. I was looked at like if I was covered in blood and guts when I told one of the workers that I was just trying out a fun purple fur coat. Instead of asking, “How does it look?” or any other normal question, we were just constantly asked if we were planning to rent or buy the costumes.

My friends were planning on actually buying stuff from there until we were constantly questioned and practically embarrassed. When we left due to the rudeness, one of the workers laughed at us when we all walked out.

One of my friends is also a regular customer and has spent a lot of money at this location. (and has also normally tried the costumes for fun) So it just seems silly and undoubtedly rude to not have fun at a store that has 50% of their catalog being overpriced Halloween costumes. We were just a polite group of adults having fun. Never coming here again.

Your brother wasn’t reprimanded he was just asked how he got the mask as we pull from the back stock not off the wall. I think a part time Halloween helper didn’t realize this at the time.Also masks don’t  come in sizes .He could have tried it before he paid for it but we are not encouraging trying on during these times. We will be glad to refund as long as he has not worn it but it must be returned tomorrow 10\30\21.

I’m giving this place only 1 star. Simply because I think it was unfair that my brother was reprimanded in front of employees/customers for having a mask in his hand after an employee gave him the mask in the first place. Prior to this I use to shop every year to purchase accessories/costumes but that experience left a poor taste In my mouth. If you want to lock up customers items because you’re terrified of people stealing, fine. However, you should train your employees what the procedures are and handle the situation that doesn’t make an innocent customer feel like a complete thief. My brother spent $70 on a mask that doesn’t even fit him. But how would he have know that if he wasn’t able to try it out in the first place. A worker also could’ve pointed out that it was a size small indicated by a tiny “s” inside the mask, but I digress. They also have a no return policy so he can’t even swap it for another one. Ridiculous in my opinion. Just do better please. I understand it is around Halloween time, but being busy still means being professional. Customer experience is just as important as the overpriced costumes.
