I was in the thrift store originally looking for a pair of gloves.  Not finding any to my liking, I wandered around and found their "$5 Rack".  I am so glad I found it.  I got a beautiful, long sleeved black blouse.  Once I got home and realized I had forgotten to ask about consignment, so I called the store.  Amelia was very helpful and patient with my many questions.  A+ Customer Service.  Something for everyone, too!

I love this store. Loved it when it was in its tiny prior location and even more now. The best staff, great selection that’s always changing, great prices for excellent items, friendly and fair consignment process. They are selective but in just the right way - you’ll find things at all sorts of price points and for a range of tastes and not have to sift through torn up items, etc. I love that they have expanded over the years to include sections for men and children too.

Staff is always super friendly and the prices are great.  I love their 1/2 price sales.  Inventory moves so there are always new treasures to be found.  I also really appreciate how they post items on FB and IG and you can call to put a hold on them.

Dirt Chic is fabulous at what it does. There is a great selection of many different items that range in style which I love to see because it means there’s something for everyone! The store itself is clean and well organized, which makes shopping a breeze. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. Even if I luck out one day and don’t find an item I always try to return to see what’s new in the store! Considering the fantastic quality of the clothing, the prices are more than generous. You can tell that the owner and staff take pride in the store, as they should! I would recommend shopping here to anyone.

I could write a novel about how much I love Dirt Chic! Their clothing selection is excellent with more than fair prices. Honestly most of my clothes are from them at this point. Their selection of high end and casual clothes allows me to update my wardrobe in an otherwise unattainable way. They make consigning incredibly easy (just reserve your spot in advance - they fill up quickly!), and if you want they'll donate the clothes they don't choose for the racks to sustainable and local places, taking all the hassle off of my shoulders. Their staff is always friendly and accommodating, and overall just beyond lovely. Dirt Chic is my number one go-to for everything. I've bought outfits for formal interviews, being a wedding guest, a 50's era costume, some of my cutest date night dresses, and just my day-to-day wear!

Dirt Chic is a second-hand store in Burlington with a really good clothing section for all people (women, men, and children of all ages) with amazing prices. My wife bought several work outfits here for a few ten dollar bills. Wow!

Love this place! Lots of groovy clothes for all fashion types. Good prices - you can even find some Frye's for under $70!!! A small men's section, but great kids/tween and women's selection. Nice folks work here too!

I found a Burberry Trench Coat there and got it for $50.

If this doesn't convince you how kickass of a store it is, then I don't know what will.

I shop here all the time. I bring in consignment items and get store credit for the items that sell. They accept children's, women's, men's clothing and accessories. They have a great section of well organized, well curated, high quality used children's clothing at affordable prices. They also have a maternity and nursing clothing section.

Really liked the arrangement of the store, reasonable prices, and a variety of cute apparel! As a scarf lover, I loved the scarf wall and how they were displayed!!

Took my girlfriend here when on vacation. She loved the place, the staff, everything. She got a couple pairs of shoes for a great price. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Staff could lighten up a bit.. WAY too pricey for used clothing.

Dirty store. Dropped off close to be sold on consignment. It was a long annoying process of them going through my items and having me fill out paperwork. The next day they called and told me my items weren't right for their store. Something they could have told me when I was dropping them off. I don't recommend doing business the woman who called me was very rude I have the voicemail saved I often play it for people to show them an example of how not treat customers.
