I love place! They not only treat you fairly and honestly, for example, say you are trying to sell some gold, which is what I was doing; they will, right in front of you, show you the purity of your gold and explain to you how this purity test works and finally go over, in real time what the market price is and why the price you are offered is what it is. Trust me, if you have not dealt with pawn shops or precious metal dealers before this kind of customer service is rare. Besides that if you are interested in buying, his shop is a fantastic treasure trove of priceless items. Coins, collectables, antiques, high end audiophile items and of course fine jewelry and antiques. Don't waste your time going somewhere else or dealing with some faceless online entity. I love this place! Craig is so nice! I bought an antique chair from him. No pressure , even gave me a few suggestions and options . He even carried it out my car and loaded it up. His shop is full of such intersting items. Love it!!

Really great guy! I went to his shop about a yr n a half ago and there was a sign saying closed early due to a basketball game, I believe it was and he was the, Coach. I had driven about an hour to get there so I called him to explain and he came right in. I really felt bad but also didn't have much money at the time and couldn't afford a wasted trip. I had a bunch of jewelry that my mother had given me, some real some not which I knew to be the case but had no idea of the difference. I could tell he was unsure if he believed that my mom had really given it to me or not so I offered to call her. She told him I wasn't lying and that I did indeed have permission to sell if I wanted. As we got to the bottom of one of my containers there was a picture of my Mother and I when I was a baby. After seeing the picture he admitted even after the phone call he was still unsure but after seeing the photo he definitely believed me. It was pretty cool. But also sucks that he has to worry about stolen items being brought in....
