Me and my wife brought in a seiko wall clock with a broken pendulum he said had no part will get a hold of seiko to see if they have a donor clock they called a week later with the clock looks beautiful now then the repaired are cuckoo clock

Very professional and friendly. I have a Sligh Grandfather clock that my wife and I purchased new in 1998. It had not been serviced in all these years except for 1 oiling. I decided to have the clock serviced but the outfit that did it prior was no longer in business. I finally called the Clock Shop and Vladimir gladly came out to my home and gave the clock a thorough inspection. He showed me where there was several bearings that were leaking oil. It was only a matter of time before the clock failed. To make a long story short, I had to wait about 3 months before the movement was overhauled but I have the clock back and it's working perfectly. I thought the price was very fair and the work comes with a 1 year warranty. I am confident that the clock will continue to perform as designed for many years to come. Vladimir and Igor (Igor is Vladimir's son.) are my go to guys to continue to care for my clock. I will calling them again in 3 years when the clock will need to be oiled. In addition they will be getting the cleaning duty and complete maintenance as well. I will follow up in about 6 months to give a follow up report. Thank you Vladimir and Igor. I appreciate your fine service. I understand the wait as you are only 1 person, but I also appreciate the fine service. I live in Bonney Lake and was still able to enjoy the free pick and and delivery service. (Not the complete clock just the mechanism is removed.) Thanks again. It good to have the clock home again. When you live with something for 25 years the house felt weird without the comforting gong and chimes. Thanks, Pat

Great repair shop!!! I have little clock that suddenly stopped working. Initially they said it probably couldn't be repaired, but then they kept working on it...and now my little bathroom clock works! (I think most repair shops would have sent me away saying my clock couldn't be fixed.) Nice people and very reasonably priced as well. It's a hidden gem...I've lived here for 20+ years and didn't even know this place was here...

This was amazing-this kind man fixed my little alarm clock for free! The shop is pretty cool and there are some interesting clocks to look at. He is so fast and I was out of there in record time under 10 min 10/10 experience
