Value Village

All my stars go to Chloe and her amazing customer service! I got a little confused today while shopping and she really helped me out with discounts and coupons. She was very kind and did not act frustrated at all. The prices in this store are outrageous! I’ve never seen higher prices at a thrift store. We donated all of this right? And you have us as cashiering ie; free labor. You would think the prices would have come down with such lower overhead. I still gave you 5 stars because Chloe deserves them! Thank you Chloe, I was having a really hard day…💙

I really like this store and I got 3 flannels, a skirt, a pair of pants, and a sweatshirt for like $47.

Me and my wife just stopped in to see what they had one evening. I was browsing through piles and piles of stuff and discovered a real gem. I came across a Mack truck toy truck with a working crane. It is missing some small parts but I looked online and can get parts to fix it. Now I have a perfect Christmas gift for someone who is very hard to shop for.

I've gotten some great, gently-used, XL shirts from here, and a monitor. Can't complain, the employees are helpful, and the goods are 👍.

My first time at this location and I was dropping some things off to donate. Dominic was super sweet and courteous when handling my things and making conversation with me which I much appreciated. Thank you again Dominic for being kind and a genuine human☺️

I think the associate who helped me at the dropoff zone was named Josh. Very helpful and pleasant, worked there 10 years. This morning a very rude impatient lady threw a fit about the way he asked her to move her car back out of the way. If you get a complaint from her, she's full of it.

This is a shout out to the Issaquah Value Village Store!!! I bought a chest of drawers at Value Village. That evening I told my friend I was going to pick it up the next day. They informed me that “Holds” are not held overnight. Wrong assumption on my part! The next morning I called the store to ask about their policy. The person who answered the phone very politely suggested that I speak with a manager. So, I drove to the Value Village to speak with a manager. I was fortunate to encounter one of the several well trained and experienced Value Village Front End Managers named ‘Bre.’ Being that it was a two way miscommunication and that it was Mother's Day, they made an exception. Phew! So considerate! So thoughtful! The hold was re-dated for that morning. Thus, giving me time to get ahold of someone to return with me later that evening; to pick up the base. In the meantime I was capable of taking home all the drawers (Compliments to the employee who helped me find the release latches) to lighten the weight of the base. When I returned to pick up the chest it was sitting right there very close to the curb as I was told. I went into the store to thank Bre. It was nice of her to recognize me right away with a smile on her face. Thank you Issaquah Value Village for providing ‘Great Customer Service!’ -Tamra May 2024

Absolutely TOP NOTCH! Even had to call the manager (Marie) to the floor to personally tell her (that's her and I in the pic - she's Awesome!). Ok, here's the deal, clean (very clean) store, Extremely customer-focused staff AND they work well with each other, easy checkout and loads of stuff in an ORGANIZED store.
