I wasn't happy, spoke with Mike , he fixed everything! Great experience and I recommend this store. Beautiful things also! Check it out. Mike is great I've always been extremely happy with their goods until I bought a rug from them. It continues to shed wool? wherever I sit very often. It's constant clean up on a daily basis.

Absolutely worth the 8-hour round trip! This store is AMAZING—charming, delightful, and full of character! The customer service is second to none, and the family that runs it is truly the kindest. I made the journey from Seattle to pick up the most adorable "pumpkin" chair, and Sarah was so bubbly, sweet, and patient as I explored their inventory and asked a ton of questions. We had already chatted on Facebook Marketplace, so she knew I was coming from far away, and when I arrived, she greeted me with the best hug. T^T It was such a heartwarming experience that still puts a smile on my face days later. Truly a wonderful family and an excellent store! :)
