Kathy and Paul Bailey just handled my mother's estate sale in Kenmore. They did a fantastic job getting everything organized and looking great. We made more money than we anticipated and they left the house in perfect shape to go on the market. We were very pleased.

Overpriced. Rude. Wants her ring kissed. I would say I'm never going back, but I probably will, just for the entertainment value.

I cannot convey just how terrible this company is! I attended an estate sale operated by K & P Bailey and the experience was nothing short of HORRIBLE! The prices at were astronomical...but the attitude and behavior of the owner and operator, Kathy Bailey, was really the WORST thing about the experience. She has all the charm of a Mother Superior standing at the ready to slap your knuckles with a ruler! She unleashed a verbal onslaught on the customers WAITING TO PURCHASE from her, which caused everyone to be in complete and utter shock. Nobody could believe how she treated her CUSTOMERS. She was completely unfair and verbally abusive. Forty minutes later she attempted her hand at a joke or two which seemed odd. And then she reversed course once again and could be heard treating her employees badly. Apparently no one is safe from her tongue! She also allowed a group of neighboring homeowners to cut to the front of the line and enter the sale before all of the other shoppers who had arrived early and waited in the rain. Simply unprofessional! Almost everyone left the estate sale empty handed...This speaks volumes. The point of an estate sale is to actually SELL items, which simply wasn't happening due to the ridiculously high prices and terrible attitude of Kathy Bailey. Buyer beware and seller beware...you cant buy items that are priced over retail, nor can you sell them. But most of all, you cant treat your customers badly. Shoppers have plenty of places to spend their hard earned cash. Being a tyrant does nothing to encourage them to spend money at your establishment-

This company is by far the worst Estate sale company in Seattle area. They first jack up the price for a nice mansion and then they move other estate sale items from poor neighborhood to higher priced neighborhood for sale. They also treat customers with absolutely no respect.
