Thank you so much for keeping things at a relatively low price. Will never shop at goodwill again.

Have had good experiences each time I've been. My oldest loves shopping here. Great prices and usually find good stuff here 🥰

This is one of the last good thrift stores. They have daily sales and a huge selection of clothing. By the time the discounts are applied the prices are really reasonable. Mondays they have 50% off everything. The staff are very nice. This is my favorite thrift store these days. The local Goodwill’s prices have doubled over the last few years. Thrift city has better stuff at lower prices. I think they buy pallets of clothes, I find really high quality stuff sometimes!

Time for an updated positive review because this place deserves it! I normally stop in a couple of times a week to buy something to support the business. They get so much inventory and throughout the day constantly adding more to the shelves - which I love! Fast paced thrift store and the sales are great. You never know what you are going to find!

Honestly I love coming here , sometimes it sucks seeing how some customers are rude towards the teens in the front , like today their was a couple raising their voices to the young lady after them letting them know that their dog could be inside because of the best situation, old gentleman was being rude and raising his voice and standing near the door and staring and talking to himself out loud and getting angry towards the teens . I come here allot and allot of people bring there dogs without their vest and “claim” to be service animals when there not . Like I mention before I come here for the deals but it suck’s that some employees go through allot especially having to deal with ignorant customers and last time , I saw that a cashier got yelled at over a receipt because it wasn’t valid . Like OMG be RESPECTFUL…

Been going here for years, great prices on the right days and there's always something interesting to find, especially in women's clothing. Sometimes stuff can be a tad overpriced but it's nothing compared to the big chains around here-- which all run off donations too, but have consistently missed the point of being a "thrift" store these days. This is one of the few remaining thrift stores that feels real and not corporatized to hell. The half off days help a lot, as well as bringing your receipt back on weekend. "All sales final" doesn't come as any surprise to me, and wouldn't if you notice the large signs inside. No fitting rooms or bathrooms but what do you come to expect post-covid. idk how some of you entitled shoppers manage to complain so much about the employees as I've never had them be rude towards me. Maybe it's cause I'm not rude to them to begin with? Haha Anyway I would totally recommend this place if you want a good bargain and enjoy the hunt, in a place where you never know what you might find. I've inadvertently gotten pants here for just a few dollars that retailed for $400+ not long ago.

My favorite thift store.. The staff are amazing. At first they seemed a bit distance and rude. Thoght i stole from them even called the police. I went to jail.. i had a warrant i didn't take care of..hated this place for this..However a few years later I had no choice but to humble myself and return to store I had just been released from jail. my more rebellious days. I had absolutely nothing but the clothes I walked in with that I had went to jail wearing. Out of gas, and my friend lay up in harbor view on life support. Desperate I needed a miracle.. I walked I'm found the manager explained what I was going though.. she was a God sent angel that day.. allowing my to pick 5 of each item shirt pants extra.. giving me reassurance and hope. I could not thank them enough.. looking back I wish I had done this review a long time ago... she handed me 20 dollars and said good luck..I shop there as often as I can. And when I can't and im passing by I always wave saying.. Hi my favorite store... thank you again..

Love love love this place! Definitely my favorite Tacoma thrift store. They always have amazing prices and sales, a great selection of merchandise and of course all the treasures. The staff is really friendly and helpful! I know a few reviews have stated the location being sketching. As a life long Tacoma resident I can say that all of Tacoma is sketchy. It’s just how it is no exceptions. Certainly worth checking out if you are in the mood for great deals and an adventure!
