Absolutely love the staff, store is always clean and the items are in good condition. My go to place for furniture.

The store was nicely laid out and you were greeted when you walked in! They were having a great sale on lighting. I would definitely go back there again.

I always enjoy stopping in any time I'm in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of furniture and building materials. The prices are good.  I'm definitely be visiting again.

Yelm is one of two Thurston county sites. It happens to be the better of the two. Staff, location, and stock in store are superior here to the one by Capitol Mall. It is, however, a much smaller sq footage and has less parking. Most items are reasonably priced, and there is enough turnover to make visiting here regularly worth it.

Donating at Yelm, I find to be a unique experience, as you must pull around the back through an alley and gated rear yard and then finally park on an incline.

Bought a decent dresser for 60 bucks with all the intentions of renovating it. Repurposed it and now we have a beautiful dresser!

Always love going here, been looking for some tiles to go with my new countertops,  been dropping by on and off knowing that I would fond something, finally found them. Absolutely beautiful in store new they were $18 a sheet, found them here for$3 a sheet. Thank you guys

I love the Yelm store. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also accept donated items that the Olympia Restore rejects.  It is worth it to drive to Yelm and I’m very happy to support  Habitat for Humanity.

I don't go to HH alot but when I go they always have what I'm looking for, and alot more if I had a need or a bigger house. Love this place and the prices...I've bought good furniture for my kids first homes and still look for outstanding deals and try to justify why I should buy it..Great Customer service, clean, good location, lots of goodies.

I was the first one there that morning.  I was able to drop off some stuff and leave. The store looked nice and well lit. The person that helped me was nice.

Found just what we needed today! The staff was nice and even helped put the furniture in my vehicle 🚗.

Wanted to give a shout out to Linda, Chad ,Mary & Team at the Yelm, Habitat for Humanity.I Always finding Amazing treasures , I visit at least 3 times a week as the store inventory is so awesome the good stuff flies out the doors!! Not to mention the Excellent customer service!!

Love this little place! Always great finds for great prices. They also have a point system towards purchasing item's!

It's always a great place to find good used furniture. I have purchased many items from different locations, this one included. Tuesdays are the senior discount day. That's my usual day to shop.

Dave was very helpful and asks lots of questions about my plans for a cabinet that I purchased. He even shared a really cool story about the cabinet that I bought. Always enjoy all the staff at the store they're always amazing!!!!

I've gotten a few really cool and inexpensive furniture items. Check this place out. Recommend going multiple times because new items are added daily. Just because you don't find something one day doesn't mean you won't find something great the next.

We go  there about every 1 to 2 weeks, because you just don't know what is going to be donated.
Our washer broke one weekend,  we got a better new model in our price range.
Items are priced to sell, your wallet will thank you.
We go to browse and chat with the volunteers.  Everyone is go helpful and this store has community.

Great place with eclectic inventory and skilled helpful staff. They have fine quality used furniture, that is unexpected and unusual tools with assorted hardware.

Great place to look for used furniture and home needs. When we are doing a remodel project, we always head here first to see if they have what we need. Everything is decently priced, and they have a selection that is constantly changing. It's always a great place to donate stuff!

Great thrift type store. We have regular circuit of 4 stores. Works great as wide has chosen retro eclectic theme for new home. Much better than goodwill

Find things you didn't know you needed. Donate things you don't. We've bought a lot of different lights there. Be sure to check what the monthly discount is. They also have a military discount. You'll be surprised how much you can save.

It's like a Goodwill had a baby with a  hardware store. I love it. I got sooooo  much stuff for $12.. paint, wallpaper, mold spray, a painters tool, a spray hose...it's crazy inexpensive & everyone was so friendly.

Awesome place to pick up some great deals. New items are coming in all the time. With their great prices, things move pretty fast.

Great place to get reasonable stuff for remodel. I find their furniture a great price. You can get some good deals here.

Prices are ok store is not huge. They do get a fair amount of great stuff from scrappers who snag curb alerts. So at least you get a chance to still own that free curb item you saw on craigslist.

We've donated a fair amount of fixtures, furniture,  and other household items to this store. Rarely have we bought much. But my wife spotted a loom in the window so we stopped in. The loom was a lot more than we  wanted to spend so just looked around.

Found a stacked washer- dryer combo but it hadn't been tested. The price was reasonable and it looked to be in good condition but without it being tested we weren't willing to take a chance.

Given all that we'll stop by more often because most things they have are in good condition.

Not much to see, but if you want a microwave, fridge, freezer, tools, A sink, bathtub, or shower to put into your house come here. Their prices are extremely reasonable, the customer service is astounding, the store is really clean and everyone wears a smile. I love this store for remodeling my home.

Everyone is smiling while they are working.they put second hand goods out that are fair priced.Working tools, appliances, furniture for home, nic nacs & much more. Must see.they also accept screened donations. No clothes, toys or seemingly good garbage.

Such a wonderful place to find inexpensive home furnishings. I was lucky enough to find several things within a short period of time. And the staff were all more than willing to help with all of my questions and were so very nice! Cannot wait to go back and shop some more!

I frequent many thrift shops (for a variety of reasons) between Spanaway and Olympia. This shop has good stuff. The manager Linda  goes above & beyond in customer service. I find much overpricing thus seldom buy there.

The new location is great with more space and goodies from garden to plumbing, appliances.... Lots to choose from and very eclectic. They offer a military discount and were friendly, even helped another customer bring an item to her car.

If I'm in Yelm I always try to stop by Habitat for Humanity they keep the store organized and clean clean they don't have any bathrooms inside for public use so I did find out one time if you win a little bit to the right person they'll let you in but don't guarantee anything. Prices seem a little high but again this is donations for Habitat Humanity but they have lots of paint they have furniture boy if you're looking for a new frame for your bed they've got about 25 of them today man wood products they have appliances they have lots of individual construction stuff new and used okay have fun

Nice staff and facility. Prices are ridiculous on most items but there are gems to be found sometimes. Worth a look but take a minute to do some research before you buy.

Seems as if their products are lesser quality items, some of which look as if it should be trashed completely, at an extremely higher price than it should be priced at. Especially on the items quality or brand name. As a "thrift" store where the merchandise is all donated items, this is absolutely wrong to do. Also, often times items that are identical will have completely different prices when the item is exactly the same brand, model, and quality, located in the same exact sales bin. This shows their lack of knowledge of pricing individual merchandise.

Honestly not a fan of this store. Nothing ever seems to be priced very well, and they reject perfectly good items, like today, a pedestal sink, because "the boss doesn't like them." Another time a oak cabinet box with drawers and a cupboard was rejected despite being in perfect condition.

Pretty disappointed with Habitat. I was really hoping to love this place but the prices are just too high. They literally look up the item and price it at half of retail with few exceptions. This is a donated goods store, a used items store and sadly to expensive for a lot of people. Some of the stuff you can buy brand new on sale or at Walmart for cheaper literally. Sad.

A little overpriced on most items. I wasn't greated at all the whole time I was in the store. Items were okish with the occasional good quality items. I'd recommend this as a last resort store.

Some of the prices are ridiculous. Some are OK. You really have to shop their special tag sale to get an actual decent price on things. In my opinion you shouldn't have to shop "sales" at a store that sells used, donated items. For instance, I just stopped by and spotted some plastic planters that I considered getting and spray painting them to look better since they were used and faded, but they were priced at $15 a piece. I just picked up some beautiful brand new pots same size or bigger at Home Depot for $14.99. They also have started using the "vintage" verbiage to price things even more expensive than they should be. I'll stick to buying new for cheaper.

Andrew, thank you so much for your feedback. Our goal is to always provide exceptional value and it seems we missed the mark! As a volunteer run program it can be difficult to hit every price dead on, however we strive to correct that. We do have recently reinstituated our color tag discounts at both our locations for 2019 and if our price is more than 50% of retail bring it to our attention and we will be more than happy to correct it and make sure it is!

Their pricing grid has fallen far from the mark. Used rusty items are, many times, are priced too closely to a new item for what your getting. It seems as if they are using Ebay as their source to determine an items value anymore. I have found that I can get many of the hand / power tools, new, anywhere between $5 - $20 more at Lowes or Home Depot. Not all their tools are this way, but many seem to be.

Mary is very short and rude while on the phone. I scheduled for a pick up and was asked a million questioned just to donate. I understand they have a checklist to go thru, but again I am donating. It's not brand new. After that experience with her on the phone I decided to
cancel the pick up and donate to another organization. It's too bad really that her  attitude  ruined my whole experience with this store.

This store chain is such a rip off for big items! Most is junk priced at 75% of original sale price when they got it on donation. Smalls like fittings, hardware, electrical,light bulb etc are reasonably priced an really nice when you need just one or two of something for 25cent each

Pricing is out of control on a place that has everything donated to them. Don't come in here expecting a deal. Was looking for a side door for my garage. They wanted 150$ for a door that was all damaged without a frame. Manager said you could "bondo" the door, you got to be kidding me. Ended up purchasing at Lowe's because I'd rather pay just a little more and have an item new that comes with a frame.

Nope wont come here again. I'm not sure what happened to habbit. Maybe it's for profit place now. I used to find some very good deals here. Stopped by yesterday and was very confused with the pricing. Beat up dressers for two hundred and fifty dollars, damaged bookselved for fourty dollars. Couldnt believe my eyes. Like this is all donated good by people trying to help. But seems like they are charging way to much money. Had a bunkbed in there for five hundred dollars like huh

Every business parking lot was packed full for the winter festival besides habitat for humanity, they threaten to have your vehicle towed if you parked there to go to the festival since you're not a customer. What a good business to have in our community.

I was interested in a used recliner advertised as "suede" on Craigslist and on a $125 price tag in the store. I went to this store and discovered the chair is actually made of polyester, according to manufacturer's information on a sheet with the chair. There is quite a quality difference between polyester (whose surface will shred within 2 or 3 years) and suede (which is leather and long-lived). I would not pay as much as $125.

We are so sorry you had a bad experience in our store today. We gladly price match any item if you are able to find it cheaper elsewhere. Our goal is to always be 50% of the manufacter's suggested retail price.

I do not suggest patroning this organization or donating anything again. When you donate items for free, last thing you want to see those items being listed at near new prices. I found a prehung glassed exterior door with a rotted out frame and a list price of 75.00. ??? I found a comparable door at home depot for 125.00. No rot, not used, and it wasn't free to the store selling it. I saw a lathe with a missing chuck, rest and the drive pulley being listed for 175.00. I can buy a complete one for 129.00. A band saw with an extension cord for the wiring and old enough to have seen the industrial revolution, original asking price 125, reduced price, 95.00?? Again a new band saw the same size 135.00.
I have watched this store raise it's prices on free stuff for long enough. I'm done with this organization as a whole. Not for profit my behind!

Why donate to this place. Goodwill is better and helps the community. I attempted to donate twice and was turned away, because they only want top of the line product. Your loss.
