I found an incredible desk for less than half of what it would have been new. Staff is super knowledgeable and nice and they even delivered it for a really fair price. Delivery was exactly on time and fast even though it was a heavy desk being brought upstairs. The delivery team was really nice too! The best experience I’ve had with any furniture business, new or used.

This place has very high-quality items and I always find what I'm looking for. It's a little more expensive than other secondhand stores in town, but you can expect to find good, solid furniture.

The owners were the friendliest people.  The merchandise was great quality at an excellent price.

I discovered an item Furniture Phases had highlighted on Facebook Marketplace that was a perfect match to the furniture our daughter has in her nursery (our first grandchild!!) and therefore would nicely complete the setup. During a phone call Linda agreed to place the item on hold for us, and my husband and I drove over from the Twin Cities to purchase it. The store is beautifully appointed. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pricing was very reasonable. We were/are simply delighted! Though it was a very long drive, we would not hesitate to return.

This is a fantastic furniture resale store! There is sooo much to look at, and NO JUNK!! I would 💯% recommend checking this place out if you're looking for starter furniture or that one unique piece. Be prepared to spend a fair amount of time here, the staff is really nice, super helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Everything is clean and laid out very nicely. Located right off Wisconsin Ave, it's convenient as well as being easy to get in and out of. Personally I can't wait to go back!

This place is wonderful....they did not have what I was looking for, but they have beautiful used furniture, in like new condition for an unheard of price. When I do need any furniture...I will check there first.

I stopped in today for a computer desk and a chair. The staff was very friendly in assisting me. The selection, quality, and prices of everything are outstanding. The in home delivery went very smooth as well. I will definitely be back when it comes time to refurnish our living room.

I consigned a couch here a few years back and it sold immediately.  Since then, I stop in to browse for home decor and lighting. The furniture is like new and in superb condition. Also, the staff are very friendly and make the shopping experience enjoyable.

I own a local bridal boutique and did a remodel a couple of months ago. I was in the hunt for the perfect couches and I found them here, in perfect condition, at a REALLY great price. The employees were soooo nice and helpful with all of my questions and the couches made the perfect addition to my new store. Great store to shop local!!! 10 stars!

Amazing furniture store and got a beautiful table and 4 chairs from there, it's used furniture, but very nice.

We stopped in today looking for a low,  long dresser to use for a TV stand. The selection was fabulous!! We had several to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The owners were extremely helpful!! We found just what we were looking for!! Can't wait to pick it up!! If you are looking for great quality used or new furniture, we would highly recommend Furniture Phases!

Great store, great prices and wonderful people very willing to assist you in your ever needed. If you have shop here yet, you don't  know what your missing. Just leave some nice pieces there for when I  shop there again, now that I  let the cat out of the bag.

It's a decent place to consign your old furniture and I've bought a few pieces there. Fair prices but nothing I'd call a steal. They do a wonderful job at presentation though.

Found a great deal on a dining room table.  Sometimes the prices are not the best deal; it's fun to watch for good prices though.

Would not recommend. Table and chairs purchased began falling apart. Spindles on the chairs began to come apart.  Not happy spending a decent amount on them, after being told they would last me a long time and that was far from the truth. Now I will either need to spend time repairing or find an alternative. Have not attempted to have this issue resolved as I feel I will just be told all sales are final.

We ordered new furniture for my daughter and was told it would be 2 weeks so we got rid of her current furniture. Now after 12 of the 14 days we are told it is not going to be in for another 14 days. My daughter is extremely disappointed in having to live out of boxes for another 2 weeks and I am disappointed in the service. All we received was “sorry “.

They act a little like they are doing you a favor by accepting your items to sell. Keep in mind that they keep 50% of whatever the item sells for so it’s not exactly a “favor”. I won’t be returning.

Terrible! I brought in about 30 items to sell and they only paid me for about 1/2.  Then when I asked for the items that they didn’t sell back.  They made me and my son look all over the store for them and didn’t help at all.  Then when about 9 items were unaccounted for (in other words, they sold n kept my money) they didn’t give us any money for them.  They also told us that they could get $400 for a chair we brought in but when I went to pick up the money, they claimed they only sold it for $200.  Shady operation!

They raved about a chair set I bought. My fault for not looking closer items until we got them home. 3 chairs we're broken and not disclosed. The 2 ladies working we're NOT friendly. When we left my daughter's boyfriend said thank you they never even said anything.

I would not recommend that you consign anything here. Here's the scoop: I dropped an item off. It was a custom piece, one of a kind, made by a local woodworker. I asked what would happen if it did not sell? They said if it didn't sell in the time frame of the contract, which I believe was three months or so, they would call and check if I wanted to pick it up or have them donate it. Ok that works. Unfortunately time went by, I never received a call from them. When I went in to check on the item, within 30 days of dropping it off, they said "don't worry! we will call you!" Well, today I come to find out that my item was "donated to charity". Well they never called me. I live very close by and would have certainly picked it up. Maybe one of the workers got a great deal (free)? Maybe they sold it and pocketed the money? In any case, I will never know the truth and therefore will never be coming back to this store.
