I always find something I need when I stop in. The store is very clean, well lit, and very organized.

I have been shopping at Elite Repeat for many years and always have a good experience.  I appreciate the quality of the selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes, and accessories.  They have every type of women's clothing from workout to formal attire - AND they have men's items as well!  I constantly get compliments when I wear my purchases from Elite Repeat and let other's know where I landed such a good find for a great price.  As a registered customer, I also earn points and get contacted when they have sales!  I highly recommend Elite Repeat!

I'm a regular customer and have been for years. This store has outstanding clothing, shoes, and purses, along with a very nice variety of jewelry. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And the pricing is very good.

SO frustrated.  Unless you have 15 or more items of clothing do not bother going here.
I have 5 items from Faye’s in Mequon, expensive, never worn, I’m sure would be quick sales but a worker told me unless I have 15 items or more they don’t want them😡. What a crazy business!

If I could give this resale shop a -0, I would. The employees/owners are arrogant. I left high-end clothing a long time ago, I felt I was ripped off.
I'm going to visit just to see if it's the same. I have brand new clothing, shoes, etc; current and classic. Some used; only worn a few times. Before I try again, I want to make sure I'm respected as a client; NOT JUDGED.

I took in 2 dresses new with tags.  I was told they only look at your items by appointment and next available appointment was in 5 months!  There was no one in the store with two staff talking at the counter.  Poor business model.

Called and scheduled an appointment to bring in a ton of clothes for 10:30 on a Saturday. When we got there a lady opened the door and rudely said we don't open until 11. We told her we scheduled an appointment and she said well were not open and closed and locked the door. A few minutes later she opened the door and watched us carry several boxes in. She then said we don't accept clothing that aren't on hangers and she won't touch them until Wedsesday, so we would need to come back. Why are employees not telling potential customers that clothes need to be hung up and scheduling appointment when the shop is closed?
Customer service is absolutely terrible here and seems like no employee education has been done. Definitely will be taking our clothing elsewhere.

I went in a couple days back in hopes of selling some items and browse around the store. I came in with my items and went to the counter. There was an old woman with gray shoulder length hair at the register. I say hello and asked if she would look at my items and see if there was anything the store would be interested in. She stares at me like I have two heads and without even looking at my items she says "no". ( I brought in brands such as express, Tory Burch bag, Kate spade wallet and items I bought from Europe and Australia. Unfortunately no longer fit.) Needless to say their loss. The employee made me feel completely uncomfortable and like I didn't belong there. In summary unless you enjoy shopping at a store that smells like mothballs and only sells chicos clothing and  orthopedics, don't waste your time.

Great clothes, purses and shoes...BUT...Unfortunately everyone that works there-including the owner-has no customer service skills. No one acknowledges when you walk in the store, they make you feel like your presence is an inconvenience for them, and they never say thank you or anything when you leave. If the clothes weren’t so great I wouldn’t ever shop there. People who are paying money at your store deserve to be treated kindly and with respect. Disappointing.

Variety of brand names at great prices!  Did not feel welcomed in the least.  Not friendly service. Too bad.
