Dan was a pleasure to work with. His selection of knives was incredible! His knowledge on each and every knife was very helpful in setting me up. I had to buy two of his own hand made knives. The manual folder I settled on was one of the first he showed me. The ball bering is so smooth. It is addictive just opening and closing it. The precision details in the machining is spot on. Unbelievable the selection. When Dan says the biggest selection of custom knives in one location. He is not kidding. Oh and his store carries more than just knives. Gourmet chocolates and fudge. Tons of unique gifts for men and women too. Mostly men though. I will definitely be coming back this summer and buy me one them real expensive knives. Just don’t tell my wife. I have returned several times since my original review. Dan has been a great person to work with. He adds a lot to the buying experience. His passion for knives is infectious. The selection of custom knives keeps getting better. There may be stores with more knives. Yet I challenge you to find a store with a greater variety of custom knife makers to choose from. Many of the knives he carries, you would have to wait months to order directly from the knife makers. To be able to walk in his shop and buy one of over a dozen Semper Sharp knives is incredible. The Knife maker only drops a few knives every few weeks. Most sell with in minutes. My favorite Knife Maker Luke Sparrow, has retired. All his knives are sold out. Well, that is, if you try to buy them from the Knife Maker. Dan has close to a dozen available. The last of the batch. Thank you Dan for a great experience!

Stopped in at this shop with my wife and the kids ages 10-17 and was very impressed. So much goodness at this shop with something to catch the attention of my whole group - Jewelry, art pieces, custom knives and classic toys. The shop owner, Dan, was friendly and helpful so 5 stars. Also, be sure to give the fudge and chocolates a try - imo the best in around!

Daniel and his Cedarburg Emporium have a variety of unique offerings like soup and bread mixes, classic candies, handmade chocolates, toys (stuffed animals, puzzles), and even custom knives. Additionally, Daniel's customer service is always on point, making a fun shopping experience even better. Recent purchases for me were three stuffed animals that can be warmed in the microwave that will give off the scent of lavender (helping kiddos relax and fall asleep), and some delicious soup mixes (that were supposed to be gifts, but we ended up making them and eat them ourselves - whoops).
So glad you had a wonderful experience in Cedarburg Emporium. Happy you liked your purchases even if they were for someone else haha! Hope the kids love the Warmies that you got them and are making the kiddos happy and helping them relax and fall asleep a bit better! The owner was such a sweet man! He chatted with us about his passion for finding the perfect fudge for his shop, and he nailed it!!! The fudge he sells is amazing. I got the sugar cookie fudge while my friend got two other fudges. We will be back in the future to help curb our sweet tooth. Between the fudges and amazing chocolate truffles, it’s hard to choose a favorite. The owner was also very knowledgeable about all of his product. He even taught a teenager how to use a monocular he sells. This is a great place to pick up a gift or a treat for yourself. I can’t wait to stop in during my next visit to town.
