Clean and organized consignment shop with lots of nice items.  Prices seem reasonable.

Stopped with a friend and inquired about an item that did not have a price tag. Was told it had just come in that morning. Price was 3x what I thought was a reasonable price for a small outdoor table that needed to be cleaned and repainted.  It was cute but not $65 cute.

Lots of newer good quality but it is stuffed and a bit of a mess. They have been around for years and you can find good things.

It's a huge room full of stuff. Definitely know what you're looking for before going and ask someone who works there if it's obscure. Sometimes they have some nice treasures and their furniture selection is good as long as you're ok with clearing off everything on top of it to actually see the piece.

Lots of very unique items. Prices are kind of unrealistic though when you’re out looking for items. Store is also very disorganized so be prepared to take time to search through everything if you’re here to look for something.

I used Ivana's Trunk when I was moving from my home in Tosa to a  condo as I was changing decorating styles. The owner sent payments weeks late, did not have a good control of my inventory (all paper form and nothing in real time) and never provided donation receipts for the items that didn't sell and I didn't want back. A few items went for prices higher than expected, but the overall quantity of items sold was far fewer than I expected. I'd highly recommend considering other consignment options before working with Ivana's Trunk as it was cumbersome trying to track my items and getting paid timely. Additionally, I would not recommend using her moving services as they are young kids and have little or no experience packing a moving truck.

Do your research before purchasing. Several pieces of furniture are marked up 100s of dollars above their actual value. Nice stuff, just don't be fooled

From the time we 1st stopped at Ivana's truck 2yrs ago up until now.. the prices have gotten unrealistically high! The concept of a "consignment" shop is to save money on gently used items! Not to find used furniture @ brand new prices! Will not be a returning customer!

Unwelcoming towards POC. Don’t waste your time at this establishment.

I put some things on consignment after my mom passed away.  Some things sold and I got paid for them but when the 90 days were up and I went to pick up the rest, I had to search through the whole store to try and find everything.  No organization at all and nobody to help you. I was told that one of the china teapots I had was sold, but I never got paid for it and was told that she was behind on her sending out checks. That was months ago and never received anything or did not get the teapot back. I should have listened to other reviews that warned not to do business here. Learned the hard way. Disappointing and bad way to do business!!

Not happy. If you want to pick up your item, they tell you they have no idea where it is and you must search the whole store, it takes a long time to receive a check, and they tinker with sale dates to give you a smaller amount.

All of Cedarburg is mask free. We went there to shop, probably buy something. We were greeted with "you need a mask" ! C'ya later alligator.

The workers are nice but the owner is absurdly rude and has scammed many people out of their items. Word is starting to spread across the community so I would strongly consider reinventing how you treat and speak to your customers. @owner

Meh. Disappointed.
She *owns* all of the jewelery, and it is pricey, so don't expect to see price reductions on any  jewelery after 30 days as other consignment stores.

Bad business owner. Doesn't keep track of items you leave them . Even lost some of my items. Would not recommend

I wish I would have looked at these reviews before I did business with such a shady place.  Why is this “business” still in business?????

Ms. Gerard owner of Ivana's Trunk in Thiensville was reported to the Dept. of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection because of her dishonest and unfair business practices.  We consigned thousands of dollars of high end furniture with her.  She was our neighbor so we trusted her.  We consigned an inlaid, mahogany dining room table and 6 chairs.  She stated it never sold so she gave it to charity!!!  When we asked for a receipt on March 1, and she gave us a blank receipt from Goodwill dated March 14th!!.  We went to Goodwill with a photo of our dining room set on 2 occasions.  Neither the  Goodwill manager, assistant manager had ever seen a set like ours.  (Not surprising). She also  sold our less expensive items, but we never received a penny for our Oriental rug, leather chair and ottoman, and antique, hand-carved flip console table.  We also reported her to the Better Business Bureau who is keeping the case open so if you know anyone  with whom she conducted unfair business practices encourage them to contact these agencies so other people can be forewarned.I would advise anyone who wants to consign their furniture to use another consignment store.

Horrible experience.  Never got paid for most our stuff. Waited 3 months for the one check we got. Stay away

(Scam alert) (Scam alert) (Scam alert) Warning do not do business with this place. She will not pay you. I’ve been calling and stopping by the store for months inquiring about my items that sold. Each time I’m told that they will check into it?  But there’s nothing to check in to!  The consignment book shows the item sold months ago. Pay me my money !!!

I dropped off two fur coats during winter, one sold .  When I went to pick up the second fur at the end of my contract the owner convinced me to leave it because furs will sell during warmer weather.  Two days later I changed my mind and went to pick up the fur, she said it was past the contract date and was her coat which she did not know where it was.  This was a coat I was convinced to leave!  I will not shop there again.

Been a few times, same tired merchandise that never sells. No organization to the layout.

My parents brought various collectibles to the store for consignment.  After 3 months, my parents went back to pick up unsold items and they had to pick through the whole store to find their own items. A few items were never found (the most valuable) and no help was given in getting them returned. We would not advise consigning items here.

Please do not do business here! What this place does is completely unethical. They take belongings and the owner never knows what happens to them. It's wrong. TAKE YOUR THINGS TO LEGACIES INSTEAD! I know of a few people that have given items to them for resale and have been completely taken advantage of. I feel bad writing a review like this, but what I know of how they conduct business is just wrong.

One of my friends lost her father and after trying to sell his brand new dishes, they told her that they would add the dishes to her account. She was so distraught from the death, that she didn't get a receipt. When she asked about the dishes, they told her they never got dishes from her. It's a shame when this happens to a grieving person! They've also taken items and then told people they couldn't sell their items and that they would donate them to Family Share. But after going to Family Share to get the slip, they said they never received a donation.
