ALWAYS something good to find. 💛 Giving a staff shout-out, and I wish I had asked her name. A few Sundays ago, I noticed a fellow shopper flop into a chair near the front and slump over. I observed her before heading to the counter to alert staff. I may have sounded like a crazy person, but I noticed the lady's daughter had special needs and I know just how hard caregiving parents work. It was clear the lady was in need of a check-in. I explained to a staff member, who approached with kindness and care. I stayed lingering and shopping from a distance so I could hear. 💛 The lady said she had missed lunch and gotten dizzy but wanted to shop with her daughter for a few hours. The staff member left to get a bottle of water and sat with the lady while she found her balance. We all need that kind of compassion when we're using every minute we have. I was so impressed and grateful for your staff.
