David is a very skilled in clock repair. You won't find people who can do the things he can do very often. His work is top notch. I've also bought antiques from him and sold some on consignment, again very satisfied.

Took my mothers heirloom clock there in 2003 after her death to get fixed (It hadn't worked for several years) . Took him a year to fix after my incessant calls. Cost me $125. It worked fine but the hands ALWAYS fell off. Took it back in March of 2011 when moving. Asked him to fix the hands as they had started falling off after he fixed it the first time. He asked me "Why did you take the pin out that holds them on?" I informed him they never stayed on after he "fixed it"and I never removed anything. Asked him to also set the time and chimes correctly. He said it "needs a complete overhaul, take it apart, clean it and oil it every 2 years. Cost about $225." I agreed to it but told him I was not going to wait a YEAR again. He promised to have it done in 6 months. Went in in September 2013 (1 !/2 years later!!!) and he wasn't in but would be back at 10am the next day. Went in at 10:10 am the following day, handed him my claim ticket and he says "Did I call you and tell you it was done?" I said, "I honestly don't care if it is DONE...it has been a year and a half and I want my clock. I don't care what shape it is in...put all the pieces in a box and give me my clock. I will take it elsewhere." He wandered around looking at random clocks that were full of dust from obvious neglect found one of the same brand but not nearly the quality of mine and said.."Is this it?". I said "No...that is NOT IT!!" I also stated, "If it is done, I am NOT paying for it!!" he said, "Oh you're not huh?" I said, "After a year and a half consider it rent." He could not find my clock and said, "You should have called me yesterday and I would have gotten it ready." I stated I was in there the day before and he wasn't there. He said, "Yeah, I wasn't here yesterday." I thought..this guy is on crack. He TOLD me to "Come back tomorrow, I will find it." Unfortunately I could not return between his so called "working hours of 10am - 4 pm because...I HAVE A JOB WHERE I HAVE TO DO WORK!!! He obviously does not work. I returned a few days later and he did find my clock. He also lied and said it was the same one he had showed me. I was HORRIFIED by the filth, dust and DAMAGE (big chip on the wood face filled in with wood putty) to the face of my heirloom clock!! he told me it was not "damaged". It will clean right up. Can you come back tomorrow so I can clean it?" I informed him that as a wood finisher, I KNOW what damage is and the least he could have done was use the correct color of wood putty to cover up the HUGE dent in the face of the clock and that I would take care of it myself. He informed me it was done and he would not charge me. I laughed right in his face and said,"I had no intention of paying you anything." I asked him about the pin I supposedly pulled out of the clock to make the hands fall off? He informed me it didn't have a pin, it had a lock nut and he replaced it. Had he put that lock nut back in place in 2003, I would not have a damaged clock and he would not have a -10 star rating. Not even an apology. I feel sorry for the people that rent spaces in his shop to attempt to sell their antiques and collectables. I am sure he rips them off as well. To the person on here that said he was "great"...can guarantee it was him or was paid a generous amount to post that. This is the type of person that made West Green Bay businesses get a trashy reputation years ago. Good thing I don't stereo type business owners by where they set up shop. This guy is a liar, cheat, arrogant man no matter where he "claims" to have a "business". Apparently customer satisfaction is not a concern. He is living off those who sell their things in the Antique, Collectable area. Fix clocks?...Try Trash Clocks!!!!!!!!!!
