I took my daughter to shop at the store. Very clean & organized with nice store employees to help with suggestions.
I needed to use the bathroom, so I picked up key with boomerang attached to it.😊

I tend to go to this store for a handful of different reasons. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is always neat, the prices are excellent, they have nice items, etc. The books tend to be a little outdated, but they always have furniture for sale, they have nice picture frames, cute toys for children, a nice selection of purses, shoes, clothes, and jewelry, and they have non-broken figures and non-broken items, in general, for sale. They have dishware and so many cups! I didn't see an electronics section and they have some crafts (especially for sewing) + miscellaneous items, and nice holiday items out (for upcoming holidays). Not to mention... the cookies they sell are made in the Feed Kitchen and they are... delicious! Besides that, every $10 you spend, you get a punch on your rewards card (toward a future reward for your spending at their store). They even have real Boomerangs on the wall, behind the counter! I was recently there and a woman with an Australian accent helped me at the counter. I think she's the owner. I'm not sure what this store's story is, but this is a fantastic place to shop. All of the profits support the Door Creek Church Ministry and other community organizations. I love their jewelry section. It's my favorite department in their store because they have beautiful items for very affordable prices.

Nice clean organized thrift store with pleasant staff. I find a bargain every time I stop in. I love that some of the money goes to an area food patry and more.

A really nice selection of things that are in a great condition for being resold. A lot of nice furniture that made me wish I had more room to put it in my home.  The store 9s really well organized and easy to navigate as well.

They are open and are having a sidewalk sale. Full to the brim with great stuff. Lots of free parking.

Long time customer. For a while it seemed like some of their inventory was suffering, but in the last year or so it seems like they are getting more stuff in like they used to. Hit and miss like all resale stores, but I have found many good things at great prices there.

Nice small resale store. Good selection of items, some furniture is priced a little high for being used, but otherwise clothes and miscellaneous items are priced okay

Madison seems to have 3 types of thrift stores.  Goodwill, St Vinnies, and those run by churches and/or church ladies.  This is the latter type, and they all seem to be very similar (Bethesda, Agrace, etc).  Less crowds, traffic, anxiety, and clutter than Goodwill and St Vinnies, but also less selection.  Check back regularly and you will find some treasures.  For the most part the prices are fair.

If I specifically need something, I start with Goodwill, because I have the best chance of browsing.  But I dont always feel like stopping in Goodwill just to browse.  Versus it can be very peaceful to stop in Boomerangs, or similar.  I've probably been there a dozen times since they opened, and bought something 3 of the times.

They have furniture, which not all thrift stores carry.  The staff has always been helpful.

It's a cute resale shop. Has a little of everything.

As with any second hand store, the offerings are pretty hit or miss. What I do like is that the strip mall parking lot makes it easy to stop and take a peek at what's inside.

Great little not for profit thrift store.

I used to love coming here and would have given 4 or 5 stars, but the variety of stuff to buy just isn't there anymore. They seem to still have a lot of furniture, but as far as everything else goes, there is rarely anything that I purchase when I go there. The also cut back their hours, so when I'm in the area they are usually closed. Hope they can turn things around!

The most ridiculously overpriced thrift store in Madison. They have a few mid century modern pieces now & I guess they thought they can charge like they paid an actual time traveler to bring these things to the present. 😂 $345 for a small, rattan bench? You are a thrift store, not a freaking high scale boutique.
About 4 years ago, I moved from a house in the Eastside, called this location offering to donate an entire garage full of boxed items & furniture. They manager kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes, grilling me on the contents, only to tell me he wasn't interested- wasn't worth their time. Restore took the large items for me & sold 5 of the items for nearly $1000.

The worst thrift store in the city. Very bad quality material that is always vastly overpriced. Goodwill is nearby, so don't support these religious fanatics who use the profit only to line their own pockets. It's a scam. Not a thrift store.

I paid 800 dollars for a sectional sofa and another 90 dollars to have it delivered to my address. The store is good in the sense that on the phone they made sure how far away I live and how many stairs do they need to pass to deliver the sofa when calculating the delivery charge. However, when came to the delivery itself, the delivery guy only put the smallest piece of the sofa inside of house, and left other pieces on the driveway.  My wife went inside intended to get a bottle of water from the fridge for the delivery guy. After she came out, she just found that the guy had run away. I wasn't at home during the delivery. Later I called the store, and the delivery guy answered the phone first. He said it was hard to find another person to help him. Actually, if he mentioned that ahead of time, I might be able to help. I was out of town at that time. Anyway, I am not satisfied with the answer. I asked to talk with the store manager, who made the whole experience even worse. She first said that because there are stairs in my house that I didn't mention. After I pointed out this is not true, and I referred her to ask the driver herself, she switched to say that their delivery policy is just to deliver the furniture to the driveway/garage.  Then why did you ask how many stairs are there in my house at the first place?  I guarantee you delivery to the driveway won't be bothered by any stairs. You do NOT need to ask such a question.  Who need to pass any stairs to get to their driveway? The driveway is for the cars to drive through!  I think the manager has problems not just for her attitude but also IQ.  The manager also kept mentioning that because they are non-profit.  Please don't use non-profit as an excuse.  After you charge a customer, it becomes your duty to fulfill your service. Period!

Will not return. Caucasian cashier rudely pointed her finger in my daughters face and yelled stop (my daughter is black) 8yr old child with Autism. My daughter was playing with the bell. I was already handling it before she chimed in. I told she didn't have to do that she said ok I left the clothing I was about to by and left. That's wrong Debbie you shouldn't judge. She has anxiety and ADHD but I'm guessing u assumed she was a badly behaved black child

I don't hate the place,they have some nice stuff although I think they must be getting too many people involved.The prices are way too high.If they came down on the price a little I would head right back.

I went to  store they were having a sale 50% off all winter clothes  sign was posted outside  the store and on the racks  I select two coats off winter rack  with half off labels I'm  told those two winter leather  coats not half off from half off  rack.
