I have had a lot of old furniture repaired here and he's done a great job. We use this stuff every day, and some of it was really busted up when we brought it in. From the other reviews, it sounds like he doesn't like phone conversations about refinishing, but I think it's ridiculous to leave a review for a phone call, and you have no experience with the work.

I had a similar experience when calling about having stain stripped from some dining chairs. I was just calling to see if that was a service they offered. The man that answered sounded very annoyed with my request and talked down to me. I eventually had to hang up because I was unable to get any information from him.

I had some furniture I wanted refinished so I called the shop at 10am on Sunday to learn more about services. The person that answered seemed fairly annoyed and hung up on me after I said one piece was painted and her he didn’t refinish furniture with paint. Negative experience and I don’t think I’ll stop in
