I had 3 seat cushions reupholstered and I found Tom to be knowledgeable, professional, and a perfectionist. His prices were reasonable and, if you let him contact you when he has time in his schedule, he completes the work in a timely manner.

I had a full set of porch cushions, 19 pieces in all. Tom had fabric that was available and completed the project with expert re upholstering. Fair pricing compared to several other competitive businesses in the area.

Excellent workmanship! Affordable! He came up with a solution for a cushion cover that kept sliding. I had difficulty locating his current location. (Have the phone # handy.) He was formerly in a mini strip mall along the beltline.

Very talented upholsterer!

Just talked with this guy, he says he has no time to look at detailed pictures, or go over detailed measurements, of what I am needing to be made.He told me he has no time for putzing around looking a pictures. I am not "tire kicking" for pricing, I just wanted cushions made for a pair of Morris chairs that I built, and this shop seemed to be well liked. But since he has no time for this type of stuff, he may be better off having the closed sign in the window more often, or get someone else to answer the phone that can actually take the time to understand what they are being told. I know there are many other upholstery shops that will take the time to go over details of what I am wanting made, so it wont be hard to find someone that appreciates the business. I would recommend going elsewhere to have your upholstery done.
