Very happy with my experience.  i bought some glass and had special instructions for shipment.  They executed the instructions perfectly, reasonable cost, no hassles, even though they don't as a rule ship fragile or large lots.  Very competent and nice people.

I have bought items for a few years from this shop. I have it sent to South Milwaukee to pick up. I have never been disappointed. A great deal is a price that is fair to the buyer and the seller. I have always had great deals.

A new item I brought in was missing from my lot when the auction started. After asking about it, it was added to the listing but the new item had been damaged. When I asked about the damage, they indicated that is the condition it came in with. It was new, not fragile and in perfect condition when it was brought in. Breach of trust. I am done consigning with Wise Owl
re: owner's resp: I have the right Madison Wise Owl location. When you omit items from a lot, you should apologize and add it. When the missing item is damaged, you take accountability...neither of which happened. When you treat consignors with complete disregard, you lose business

Online & Live Auction postings are on Craigslist all the time.  You've never done business with us, nor do you know the nature of our business, so it's a bit unfair to post negatively about a company you've never done business with before.  We are not hurting anyone by posting an ad for something that might interest them, and we provide a great service for those looking to move merchandise whom do not have the means necessary themselves. The guy is a complete jackass; he uses Craigslist to promote his Auction site even though it compromises their rules and regulations. These are people who want to trust in their fellow human beings to conduct an honest days business, and this guy is going to help destroy it in the name of his profits.
