Recently ordered a small part for a vintage Structo Brand Fire Truck.  Called with a couple questions before ordering, prompt action on my call, clear answers.  The item ordered was very carefully packaged and arrived promptly!  Highly recommend!

We stopped here on a long trip shopping all the antique malls we could.  The young lady working there showed us a couple back rooms.  I spotted a Wyandotte green LaSalle with the matching trailer on a desk.   She said ot was going on Ebay.   She gave us a price and we paid her.  The term customer service is fading away, but it felt so good to visit and be treated like we mattered.   We wanted a good one of these for years.  Thank you, we'll be back.

It's pretty nice & Larger than it looks from the outside. Maybe a little pricey, but idk I'm cheep and don't spend a lot of time at antique stores. I never know if you are supposed to barter and my wife always gets embarrassed when I do it at Target or Woodman's so I didn't try.They have a good mix of stuff too. Everybody in our family found something of interest. My son got a prize for locating the elf on a shelf, so that kept him happy which isn't always easy.

Upon watching the video footage, our new employee (who is still training) meekly explained to you that she wasn’t sure what to do with the card you handed her. Your response was a little harsh. Next time, when she calls me to assist like she did today, let’s have a conversation rather than posting a bad review. I’ll be courteous enough to do that with you when I ask you for a discount at your store in Milwaukee.

No dealer discount, tried using a resale number and was told by the rude clerk "we don't do that ". Prices make it more like a museum. I have seen all the museum antiques stores I can stomach, sadly this was a big let down

Yes, we are known worldwide for being one of the best reproduction pressed steel parts and decals businesses out there, and many customers comment on how great our prices and selection are. In our store it’s rare to find a reproduction piece, in which case it clearly states that on the tag. Sorry that you were expecting things to be free but we can’t run a business that way.

High prices with REPOP inventory- this place replied to my initial response indicating that I expected FREE merchandise???
Not sure why they thought that,  too bad they read into responses and assume the worst in people...
