I cannot say enough fantastic things about this business, the owners, and their employees and partners! Our family sold multiple classic cars with them because of their outstanding knowledge, thoroughness, attention to detail, informative and friendly demeanors, and ultimate ease of working with them. Their network is expansive and extends around the globe, the quality of buyers they attract is top notch, and their assessment of vehicles is spot on and top caliber. After my parents passed and had an estate with several cars, we weren’t sure what to do next. After meeting with them through a recommendation from the Cadillac LaSalle Club, our family was at ease and felt we could really trust Cody’s Classic Cars from start to finish. What a wonderful experience! I saw a 1934 Ford Downs Manufacturing Victoria on their website and after looking at the pictures (they have so many to view) I inquired about the car. Greg Blount starting corresponding with me. After a week I made an offer and drove to Stanley, Wisconsin from Colorado, a 14.5 hour drive pulling my empty enclosed trailer. I arrived on a Saturday and Greg met me there. We did our paperwork and Greg was so kind to strap my new purchase in my trailer. What a guy! I would highly recommend this company. So easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and just downright honest. FYI, I'm a 70 year old woman and really appreciated his help!

TLDR: If you are worried about buying a classic you can trust, or buying remotely, you've come to the right place. I would buy from these guys again with no hesitation. This is the second classic I have purchased remotely and I can tell you they were both very different experiences. It can't be overstated how much more friendly and helpful this purchase from Greg and Cody's Classics was. Greg made the whole experience very easy. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase, title acquisition in my State, and everything that came up. He took care of everything, kept me informed at every turn, and answered all of my many questions questions. 5 stars and two very happy thumbs up.

ABSOLUTELY 5 out of 5 for the entire process. Very trustworthy transaction. Couldn't have been more satisfied. We attempted to sell a vehicle on the internet and immediately found out 99% of the buyers were very good scammers trying to take our money. Yay-hoo's sending "certified checks" from names of people who have long since passed away. I felt like I had to become a private investigator cross referencing social media accounts to validate identity. Got to the point I didn't trust anyone and didn't have the time to deal with the crazy's. Reached out to Jon & Lauren at Cody's in Stanley, WI. Excellent communication right from the start, and throughout the entire sales process. Good conversations about valuation and market. They took hundreds of detailed photo's of the vehicle so the buyer knew what they were getting. Cody's was able to reach markets and customers we didn't know about and wouldn't have been able to reach. We benefited from their established reputation. They vetted offers and in the end our buyer. They worked through all the details and presented us an offer from an out of state customer. Their fee was very very reasonable. Especially considering the angst and frustration they saved us. We weren't exposed to any of the risk associated with bums on the internet offering to give extra cash so we could pay their shipper. The price of that peace of mind was very valuable as we watched the vehicle transfer to it's new owner. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a 51 Studebaker that was on Bring a Trailer site that Jon had listed for a customer. After the purchase was made I contacted Jon and he explained the process for finishing the transaction. Which was a wire transfer for the purchase and the documents process. He was also was able to recommend trucking company for the delivery of vehicle. Having bought over 90 vehicles in my lifetime only a couple not in person, this vehicle was described in detail and is what I thought it would be. No big surprises. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Also Greg the sales manager did a good job answering any questions I had.

Recently purchased a classic car from Cody’s and it was a very good experience. I am an out of state, first time classic car buyer so was a bit nervous about buying out of state. I researched the dealer and read reviews prior to contacting them about the car. Greg was easy to work with and answered questions promptly. He was knowledgeable about the car as well as the process. I was able to arrange for an independent appraisor to inspect the car to ensure that it was as advertised. No surprises and I ended up purchasing the car. Greg took care of the paperwork and he even offers a delivery service himself for a reasonable fee . We closed the deal on Friday and he delivered the car to me on Sunday….awesome experience.

Greg went above and beyond on my Bronco purchase, including nudging the 3rd party carrier to get their act together. I recommend dealing with these guys. Super responsive and takes care of you after the sale, if needed.
