Two Times Charm

Strange that you were able to find our Two Times Charm Store website online, but didn't read that the hours are listed as 'NO SET HOURS' hours, and that we're 'OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY'. Since we are normally closed from November through May, and this year with me dealing with cancer, there have been no set hours listed at all for 2024 on our website other than 'OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY'. If you found our website on some other link like Yelp, Map-quest, Trip-advisor or any other unauthorized sites that lists our business for their own personal advertising profit without our permission, we have no control over that and we apologize. If you honestly drove 40 minutes to visit our store only to find out we were closed, again, we deeply apologize, but we have no control over the bogus information that is posted on these sites or the bogus hours that are listed. If you found our Two Times Charm website on Facebook, I have been trying to close that site since January when someone from China decided to hack and take our site over, giving us no control over changing the hours or any other information, (as you will see currently the hours are listed as open 24 hours, which we would never list as being open 24 hours), and of course Facebook is of no help at getting that site closed down since our phone numbers do not match that of the person in China who took it over, so Facebook just ignores our request. So we apologize but as mentioned, we don't like the way Facebook has handled this situation either but it is out of our control. If you visit our actual store website at https://sites.google.com/view/twotimescharm/, you will see that we currently sell through our website all the time and offer pick up at both our store in Two Rivers and our home in Whitelaw, but as for the store, we are open by appointment only with a few unscheduled hours during the week along with sometimes a few hours on Saturdays. It all depends on how well I'm feeling between surgeries and going through months of chemotherapy. Considering the situation we're going through at this time, we would really appreciate if you would kindly remove your negative feedback completely, give us a call to set up a time that we could meet you at the store so we can make it right, if we don't answer, please leave your name, number and tell us that you would like to visit our store, and then after seeing our store, then give us an honest review since your current review seems very degrading, unfair and undeserving considering our current situation.
