Got me into collecting Pokémon and I can’t thank them enough

Love coming here,  everyone is always super great and welcoming. Definitely a favorite place to come to!

Went to the store with my girlfriend and was immediately acknowledge by the staff. Very friendly environment and they do know their stuff when asked. They do have a very large selection for pokemon tcg and also signed funko pops as well

The staff is nice and knowledgeable every time I walk in they always say hi I would highly recommend for your Pokemon or any tcg needs to go in.

This shop is amazing!!! Love coming in to see whats new... love the customer service... even have a reward system this place is great and my kids love it highly highly recommend

Best place in town for Pokemon cards! They always restock on booster packs and etbs, Friday night trading and such awesome owners! Way better pricing than any others in town, plus it’s in the mall so you can shop around and get food even hit the arcade. Highly recommend!!

Jorge and the rest of his staff are amazing at helping anyone meet their collectible needs. If you don’t see what you’re looking for - just ask. Best card shop in town and it’s not even close. Cannot recommend enough. 10/10

Amazing places with great owners! Lots of Pokemon items along with funko pops, and different items from a variety of characters across many platforms. A little something for everyone! We visit often and nice to see a community being built for the Pokemon lovers.

The best card store I've ever been to. A lot of cards to choose from. Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, etc. Also carries a lot of fun collectables like key chains and plushies. From Anime and Funko Pops to mystery bags and customized items. Crossroad Collectibles has an expansion of stuff. Trading cards with others are on Fridays. And tournaments will be starting soon.

Me and my wife show up at least two times a week to support and build a community in the collection space. Thanks for all the support and relationships made due to the store.

I’m addressing your review here as this happened in January and since then your friend has made public comments that don’t fully reflect the situation.

When your friend came in, he was upset about not receiving his full order of Prismatic Evolutions(3 cases). Despite our attempts to de-escalate, the situation escalated when he raised his voice and made a comment about taking things "outside." The owner did raise his tone in return, and we apologize for that, but the interaction began in a tense manner.

You then entered the conversation, in an initial attempt to de-escalate your friend but then began demanding we fulfill the order and repeatedly interrupting the owner when he tried to explain that the allocation for Prismatic Evolutions was extremely limited, we simply had no way of giving you the product. We offered to fulfill the order during the next restock, but you accused us of stealing your money and being untrustworthy, all in front of other customers.

When your friend asked about the remaining cases, the owner mistakenly recalled the order as being for two cases instead of three. He apologized and said he’d need to check his order book, as we had just moved and our receipts were still packed. We also don’t keep large sums of cash in the store for security reasons. During this time, you continued accusing us of dishonesty. We asked for a receipt when your friend started to make accusations, stating that we had charged him market price therefore owed him a larger amount. We had a set price for all preorders so we immediately knew that was incorrect and that's when we asked to see his receipt. 

We later confirmed your friend had indeed ordered three cases, prepared the refund for the amount we confirmed to have received (which was indeed below market), and invited him to come in to resolve the issue as we had also felt uncorfortable with how everything had unraveled. Unfortunately, when you both returned two weeks later, your friend resumed the conversation in an angry tone, which made other customers uncomfortable.

At that point, we informed him we were refunding his money as you both had repeatedly expressed distrust in us. Given how difficult it has been to obtain Prismatic Evolutions, we had only received a single unit as part of restock, which hadnt even been stocked as it was still inside the distro box. Your friend was upset by this and questioned why we even had the box, but it was a single unit from a restock.

We regret that things escalated, especially since your friend was a valued customer and someone we considered a friend. However, the disrespect and accusations were disheartening. We wish you and your friend the best. 

I began accompanying one of his customers to this store because of the owner’s lack of communication about the preordered Pokémon products he paid for upfront, over $800 worth of product.  When the owner finally told the customer, after the customer had reached out several times, he could come pick up the product he gave him half of one type of product and none of the second. When asked about the second half of the product, the owner indicated that the customer hadn’t paid for that product. He appeared to want to instigate the customer by saying he was getting escalated and at that point I stepped in and told the owner that he himself was also getting escalated. I started asking him to outline the product that was paid for assuming he would pull his preordered purchase records, but instead the owner kept saying that it didn’t matter and kept referring to the allocation of the Pokémon he had. I clarified several times that I was not concerned with how much product he had or ended up giving his customer, but how much product the customer had paid for. We never received a response and instead he told the customer to come back with the receipts.
During this interaction, after the conversation regarding the product was over, while discussing Pokémon, the owner asked the customer why he was going to another store to play Pokémon when he was the one that got them all started on playing Pokémon. The customer shrugged the comment off and told the owner to let him know when he had a tournament and he’d show up to play there, but the owner responded that whenever they wanted to play and that he should sponsor the other customers that can’t come on base. I not only found it extremely unprofessional to confront a customer about going to another small business in the community, but to also expect a customer to arrange a time to bring his customers on base to his store.
He couldn’t find the receipts, but did send a screenshot that showed a discussion they had about him stopping by to pay for that product. Almost two weeks later, at the end of the month the owner responded and said he would be refunding the customer, but there was no clarification if he would be refunding the product he had said the customer didn’t pay for.  When we went to the store to pick up the money there was no one there for over 10 minutes, but we waited and looked around his store. The owner had left an open boxes of Pokémon behind the counters that was clearly visible from the front of the counter. When asked about the product behind the counter the owner angrily responded with why are we looking at his stuff. As if we had gone behind the counter and looked through his boxes instead of simply looking over the counter at the boxes he chose to leave open.
Throughout all of this, the customer attempted to communicate via text about the preorder product, but instead the owner would commonly send messages to come to the store to talk, as if coming to a store on base is not an extra hassle. The owner did end up refunding the full amount, including the product he originally said wasn’t paid for, but regardless after this extremely frustrating and even insulting experience with the owner, I do not recommend this store. Overall, his lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad interaction. As I am a small business, I am the only one running the store. I do apologize for not being able to help you while I tried to help customers that came in beforehand.

walked in to purchase some cards and was just ignored completely while the employees talked amongst their friends. wasn't even acknowledged at any point went to GameStop and was helped right away for the same pack.

Was barely acknowledged when I walked in. The entire store is a mess. The magic the gathering section specifically was horrendous. Walked out rather then bother the attendant who couldn't be bothered with anything other then their friends.
