This store is AMAZING!!! The people are wonderful and very helpful. I visited the Habitat store in Ft Collins thinking it would be amazing, boy was I wrong . Our local store in Cheyenne is miles above the Co. store. This is the place to go for great bargains and friendly staff!

I hit my head on my light fixture downstairs and broke it.  I came to the ReStore and asked for a replacement and was immediately shown exactly what I needed!  the staff is helpful and friendly and they have a great variety of anything you might need for home improvement!

The staff were super helpful. While I wandered aimlessly around the store looking for hidden treasures. They helped provide a strong back and a willing heart to carry furniture out to a customer's truck. They have all kinds of stuff and a fluid inventory, so stop in and see if they have your missing treasure.

Things get miss marked and they only give u in store credit when I paid in cash

The overall experience was a mixture of good and bad. The guy at the front desk was very degrading in his speech with me. But I just remain calm and nice to him and by the time I left he was nice to maybe just a bad day I don't know. But the other guy that helped me was very very pleasant and Cooperative with me and really good. I'll give it a try again just to see if maybe the guy was having a bad day. But if it happens again I probably won't go back.

People are rude and told me they have too many donations.

I sent the photos of what I had, they approved the donation. Then I waited THE ENTIRE DAY for the driver to get here just to say they didn't have room for my item, it's too big. I sent photos!!  Not to mention reserving a pickup and waiting the extra 10 days. Why do you think you can waste peoples time? She and her helper looked hot and soft and I believe they just didn't want to do the work, and they had a lift on their truck. It was entirely arbitrary!

I don't know if someone here is smoking or if they are hurting for funding, but their prices are always way to high for used and donated items.

Within minutes of them posting an item I wanted to buy it. I also reached out to them and asked if I could pay for it over the phone, their not allowed to do that. She told me the store hours and I said I be in to get it. Hour and a half later I get tagged on the photo sorry we just sold it!! I highly encourage you to applow phone payments or online payments. This was my first experience with them and not a good one.

Just had hip surgery, took a brand new stainless steel sink, bathroom vanity, and three really expensive mirrors.  Got there to give it to them, said new rules are: cannot unload your stuff, can’t put down tailgate, can’t touch your truck.  Well gee! They wouldn’t take the mirrors because they have to many.  My husband had to make a second trip.  This is our last trip! Habitat is off our list! Not accommodating at all! Very rude!

Never again! Used to go to the store before they moved, it was great. Now? Super overpriced. Brand new item at local hardware store was same price as the used at Habitat. Seriously bad attitudes as well. Snarky younger female employee who was terrible at the old location unfortunately seems to be the boss in charge now. I'll make the drive to Fort Collins, don't waste your time or money.

My experience with the staff was terrible. They were rude and very uncooperative when I tried to donate some nice furniture. I will never go there again,and i suggest you take your donations elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

I was a huge huge fan of the Habitat for Humanity stores.   I LOVED the store in Cheyenne **BEFORE THE MOVE.**  Now that it is in it's new location the prices have gone up by easily 400%. I have been to ReStores all over the country and, before ending up in Cheyenne was a regular at all of the Colorado stores from Denver to Fort Collins.  I have furnished much of my apartments with items I found there. Now that the Cheyenne store is in it's new location the prices have gone up by easily 400%.  The prices are so out of control now that our running dialog as we walked through the store was, "Oh my gosh!  Holy cow!  Are they serious?  This stuff is 40 years old!!" and ultimately, "I guess there is no point in coming back here, we can't afford anything."  That feeling was how we felt at regular appliance and furniture stores.  That's why we stopped going to them and became weekly shoppers with Habitat in the first place.  The prices are **SO outrageous** that we left with nothing (although, we just bought our first house and it is badly in need of all new appliances, paint, tile, etc.) and made plans to drive down to the one in Fort Collins the next day. (Which is much bigger, has way more stuff and is WAY better priced.  Make the drive, you won't regret it.)  Also, when we were in the new Cheyenne location it seemed like there were about a dozen employees lurking around every corner, not working, but just waiting to jump out and ask you how you were doing.  I'm a big fan of being greeted when I come in the store, but it's really really hard to have a conversation about buying anything with the person you are shopping with when ever 15 seconds you have to stop, smile, and say, "Yup stiiilll doing as good as I was on the last asile."  Here's an idea, drop the massive number of employees who are just standing around the place talking and use that savings to lower the prices.  Also, what happened to the SUPER WONDERFUL guys who worked at the last location??  We miss them.

Poor, I used to buy alot of stuff from here. Until 02/13/2020. I purchased cabinet and drawers and they weren't broke prior to purchase. After purchase, they drug them across the floor, broke the base on one.( I would of loaded them if I'd known that's how they did it)  The guy that was helping load was very disrespectful was cussing and saying racial slurs why we were purchasing items while he was in employee area in the back. I would not refer anybody to this location they are very unprofessional and disrespectful to people and items after purchase.

Nothing but junk in there. thats where people go to get rid of there broken junk. Habit resells it. If you buy something broken. You wont get any cash back just store credit. So your forced to buy more junk. What a shame

They were "too busy" to ring up some things I was trying to buy some items, there was a large group of people trying to check out as well which were also waiting.  No "I'll be right with you..." Or any acknowledgement to any of us waiting.  After 10 minutes myself and most of the other people waiting left while the staff screwed off in the side area.
